This house is a spacious yet cozy hideaway nestled in the quaint historic village of Allegany, NY, just 1 1/2 miles from St. Bonaventure University, 14 miles from the Seneca Allegany Casino, 19 miles from Holiday Valley Resort, 20 miles from Allegany State Park, and only 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. A patio, balcony, and fenced in back yard provide plenty of private outdoor space. The interior boasts lots of natural woodwork, skylights, and a woodstove as a secondary heat source, giving it a warm holiday lodge feel. With lots of space and an open concept main floor, this house is perfect for families or large groups. While it may be tempting to completely disconnect and just enjoy this relaxing home and the beauty of the surrounding area, for those that need to stay connected, WiFi is included. Everyone oooohed and aaaaahed as we entered the property! We had a lovely time this past graduation weekend! Allison was super easy to work with and responded very quickly to all of my questions! The house is very very well appointed and everything we could possibly want was there at our fingertips. All kinds of beautiful memories were created! Everyone said that they slept well and we definitely were able to use the kitchen so everyone ate well too! Great location and you’d probably drive right by and not even notice the house was there, which was great. We had a fantastic time!

We had an awesome stay at this place to visit our son for family weekend at St. Bonaventure. Very close to downtown Allegany and a short drive to campus. The house was very charming and clean and our host was great!

The location is on a quiet street in a laid back, small college town. The property is obscured by trees and foliage which gives an impression of being out in the country, even though the house is in a town. The kitchen and other areas are well stocked with needs.
