Stayed Jun 19, 2026The property itself was definitely worth it. It accommodated our family well. Plenty of room. Everything we needed was in the home and then some. My main issue was checking in. For whatever reason, the host wasn't made aware we even had a reservation, so no access code was given. Upon arrival, we had to contact the customer service a couple times. The 1st number given was for Canada customer service. Once we received the accurate contact, the host was contacted about our reservation. We couldn't check in at 3. The house had to be cleaned and prepared for us. We was finally able to check in around 5:30.
