Description

Beautiful and cozy holiday home just 5 minutes from the beach and promenade. It
is located on the quiet residential side of Oriklini Larnaca
of single-family houses.
The 120 sqm villa is surrounded by a large garden with enough space to relax and
Sunbathing. Children can let off steam safely. There are sitting areas on all sides of the house,
so that there is always a shady spot. The house is functional and clean, we have
set it up with a lot of love.
The large living room with the dining room are right next to the modern fully equipped kitchen,
from there you can have breakfast outdoors under a patio or have a barbecue in the evening.
On the second floor there are 3 large bedrooms with balconies and sea views (2nd
Master beds and 2 single beds). Of course, the whole house is equipped with air conditioning. The big ones
Fitted wardrobes offer enough space for clothes and luggage.
Unrestricted wifi and satellite television are available. You can leave your car in the garage
accommodate.
The house is conveniently connected to all roads, by car 10 minutes from Larnaka, 30 minutes.
from Ayanapa, 20 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from the beach and wellness center with gym.
A bus station also takes you to Larnaka Centrum and the airport. You can go shopping
within 5 minutes walking distance.

Although the property manager was great there was far too much time wasted on issues with the house. Water issues, leaks, plumbing, bathroom and toilet fittings... and big insects (cockroaches?) inside every evening. Bath and shower heavily molded. Also actual location quite far outside of what shown (the circle) on the map. Knowing real area before we wouldn't have taken it. 5min to the beach? - sure assuming one is jogging rather than walking. Worst we ever had for that price range so far.
