The home was absolutely spotless once we arrived, and the process of communicating with the host and receiving the code was easy as pie. The house itself is very cozy and even has a built in sound system with radio! I couldn't recommend this place more, excellent experience!

I don’t even know where to begin. We got in around midnight the first night of what was going to be an amazing trip for my daughter’s 4th birthday. Exhausted and ready to unwind and get some rest before our first day on the beach we walked into a DISASTER of a rental. First off, the front of the outside of the home was not terrible. The area didn’t look great but it could be looked past. Walking up to the front door I already got a whiff of mildew. Like clothes had been left in the washing machine for days. I opened up the door and the smell only got worse. From there it went down hill. There were stains on the ceiling, gnats flying out of the kitchen sink drain, roaches, and appliances that looked like they had never been cleaned. I walked down the hall to head upstairs and check it out and the carpet on the stairs were covered in stains and the carpet was sticky in spots. There were holes in the wall and paint missing from the walls. The stained and sticky carpets continued upstairs into the bedrooms. Electrical outlets with no coverings. The final straw was when we opened a bedroom closet to hang some clothes in there and the door frame, ceiling and walls were covered in BLACK MOLD. With it being so late we had no choice but to stay that night and look for something the next day. While sitting outside trying to find a new rental last minute we saw the back of the home was covered in algae and a screen was hanging out of the window and bent in half.

House was not ready for check in after the check in time. Back door wouldn’t close or lockBugs in the kitchen everywhere, mold in trash can. No trash bags, no cleaning supplies. I bought bug spray. Didn’t help the bug issue. The house hasn’t been taken care. There is a nasty stain on the ceiling in the kitchen over the stove, like there is no proper ventilation. Carpet dirty Holes in the wall.
