Host refused to budge on entry time even though I communicated needing to check in an hour early. House seemed cute at first, but upon closer inspection noticed broken appliances, coffee grounds left in coffee maker, dirty/worn bed frame fabric, mold in laundry room, no kitchen towels or even pot holders. There was also quite a bit of trash in driveway and around the yard. All of my other VRBO rentals have been top notch. This place unfortunately fell short.
