Cozy Updated Lakefront Home

Very nice and clean property. House was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again.

Very cute house with everything you need and great parking. Super close to everything. Our whole weekend was very relaxing.

The only real issue that we had was the second king bedroom. Sheets pillow cases all smelled very musty, like they had been left in the washer too long and dried without rewashing. I could not sleep in there the first night and slept on the couch. Used some lavender spray I had with me several times and that sufficed for the next two nights. Small touches (we couldn’t find Kleenex anywhere) would be appreciated. The frying pan was almost beyond use. The master bedroom could use a night light. Had a couple of issues running both showers at the same time.

Welcoming to a pet (with prior approval).Near the tail end of a branch of the lake - but still viewable and peaceful. Amenities in the home and WiFi was excellent. Located in a cul-de-sac, so the street was very peaceful and quiet as well.Will seek to stay there again, in the future.

This is an excellent property! The house is immaculate and very warm and welcoming. The deck is a nice size with comfortable seating. It’s definitely my favorite in Hot Springs!

The Unwound was perfect for our stay. Nicely decorated and well done. Michelle is a great host.

Everything was great

I have debated on leaving a review but decided that our experience with the owner should be shared. We arrived at the property around 8:30pm there was trash and dirty towels on the ground. The kitchen was completely dismantled, the stove was moved out in the center of the kitchen, the microwave was being held up by a piece of cardboard on a kitchen chair, the master bedroom and bathroom were filthy with no sheets on the bed, the floors throughout were dirty. We thought we were at the wrong house. I contacted the property owner whose husband answered and told me he would have Michelle call me back. We had our 2 kids under 5 years old with us who were very tired so after 20 min, and no call from her, I called her again to find out what was going on. This is the real problem I have, she took no accountability, she blamed the previous guest and her house keeper. She was dismissive, did not say she was sorry for the mixup and that she was mortified to have someone enter her property with it being so disgusting. We understood why it was, but it was late and the kitchen was not safe for our kids nor could we use it. She finally sent her housekeeper to clean and fix the kitchen and compensated us for the first night. Her housekeeper was amazing! There is also a tent camp across the canal from the backyard that made us feel uneasy. The people walk around freely and fish from this property’s dock. They were loud. It’s not a view you would expect when visiting a lake property.

Beautiful home! Incredibly clean. Everything we would need from kitchen to everything else was provided. Location is fantastic. Close to stores, restaurants, National Park, Downtown area, Race Track, Anything you would want to do.Covered patio looking out on the water was wonderful!Host was also terrific. Even called to let us know there may be a short power outage due to some unscheduled utility work in the area (turned out it didn't affect us but she was very proactive). Definitely plan on staying again!

House was clean and beautiful

All of the above were great. The only thing that happened was the garage door would not open from inside or with the remote and they were looking into that.

This house was welcoming right from the front door. The back porch was the perfect place for outdoor relaxation or early morning cofee. We already want to come back!

The house was very clean and included everything needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. And the backyard patio was lovely. We were able to park our ski boat at the dock as well. Would definitely go back and stay.

We cooked, went to the water park as we made our way back to Texas from a basketball court in Memphis.

This home was super cozy and clean. The back porch was perfect. It had everything to make a quick weekend trip absolutely comfortable it felt like home. We plan on booking here again! Mrs Michelle was also very quick to message you and respond to anything regarding the stay! Highly recommend.

The house, location and grounds were perfect for our small relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house was even better than the pictures- they don’t do it justice. We stayed here with our 2 young kids and some friends. It was close to literally everything and we enjoyed not having to drive more than 15-20 to anything. The porch was incredible and we loved the fenced in yard for the kids. We all agreed that we would stay here again one day!

10 stars This house had everything closed garage for my grandson to play, big open living room fire place, everything we need in kitchen. Bedrooms roomy and very nice. The fenced backyard was fabulous for my grandson and dog to run and play and not worry and we built a nice fire in the pit stayed out there for hours just enjoying the view and peace. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and decorated so cute on the inside. It has a great location so you do not feel like any of the things you want to do are so far out of the way. The weather was not the greatest while we were there, so I appreciate that the owners allow you access to the garage door opener so we could park in the garage! If we are ever in Hot Springs again we would definitely check to see if this property was available first before trying other options.

Nice size house with great layout. Fully furnished & functional. Had everything you need whether a quick trip or extended stay. Will definitely need lan to book again in the future when in the area.

This home is comfortable, warm and inviting. This is the third time we have stayed here over Thanksgiving and our family has enjoyed every stay. The property owner has been very attentive to our needs and responded to any questions. Highly recommend this home for your stay in Hot Springs.

The house was great—very clean and close to all the restaurants, but nice and quiet at night. The kids had fun making s’mores with the fire pit located in the back, overlooking the lake. Hot Springs Bath Row is 10 minutes away. Great location! First time in Hot Springs, and I can’t wait to come back. I will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful time we had in Hot Springs!! The house was so comfortable and we enjoyed staying there!! The beds were comfortable, the living room was roomy and the kitchen was easy to cook in!! The location was perfect and so easy to get around town, etc. Would love to stay there again!!

This house was perfect. Very clean, well stocked, beds were great. Decorated so cute. It was not good weather so we did not get to enjoy the lake. But very much enjoyed the back patio. We would for sure stay in this house again.

We had a great time in this quiet and comfortable house! The beds and bathrooms were perfect. Great kitchen, tv set up, complimentary coffee, and really nice washer and dryer if needed.
