This is a very affordable and comfortable little beach house on a full flat section and within walking distance (about 700m) of the ocean beach.
There's no letter box but the #212 is very visible on the side of the house. There's plenty of parking - even for a boat - in the front section. You can sit on the small deck at the front to watch the world go by or go to the back where there is more privacy. We think that the little house is a pleasant surpise. Stayed Nov 24, 2022We booked this property in Feb. The booking was accepted, only to be cancelled at the last minute. We did not receive advice of the cancellation. Presumably they got a better offer. Such Hosts give WOTIF a bad reputation.

Stayed Dec 17, 2025Host communicated really well in the lead up to staying. House is a basic kiwi bach with everything you need to operate as a base for beach missions. Wanted to clean floors with all the sand adding but vacuum cleaners didn't really work well. Kids loved the tree swing.

Stayed Jan 6, 2024Great bach on a large flat section. Heaps of room for cricket, volleyball etc. and a nice veranda to enjoy the sunset over the hills from. Beach is an easy 8 min walk. Bach is clean and tidy and has everything you need for a fun stay.

Stayed Feb 4, 2022Lovely little bach within reasonable walking distance to the beach. Staircase is a bit steep and beds are a bit on the soft side but lovely nonetheless.
