Stayed Oct 20, 2025We chose this property due to its proximity to where we needed to be for our stay. Check in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The wi-fi wasn't working upon our arrival and was needed for a working stay. Although it couldn't be fixed that evening the owner did everything they could to help us out. Unfortunately, after a full day of travel, spending over an hour on the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem added to our exhaustion and was rather frustrating. The next day the cable provider and property manager fixed the problem. No compensation for this inconvenience was offered. Be aware that while the property does offer liquid hand soap and dish wash soap there is no shampoo or body wash of any kind. This was also disappointing so we had to go shopping for these items the next day. If you're not going to provide them make it clear to guests so they can bring their own. Just seemed rather cheap. The property itself is quiet. You can hear the constant traffic, and the neighbor likes to let his very loud car idle for several minutes in the morning and you can sometimes hear his music thru the walls. The coffee is well stocked and the kitchen has ample dishes etc to cook some meals. We would rate it an 8 out of 10 stars.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Nice place but with TLC ( fresh paint, light bulbs, little fixes here and there etc,), it could be one of the best we've seen. Gated community is a plus also. Christian was very responsive toMy initial status report of the property. This property is conveniently located in a family friendly area. It accommodated 4 of us well regardless of the TLC stuff. I will look forward to stay again to see the changes. Oh btw , it had very nice marble floors and peaceful community water feature pond in backyard.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Quiet neighborhood, the place was clean, accurate listing, but I don’t think the pictures did any justice to the place. As soon as we walked in we were all amazed. Check in and out procedures were easy to follow, and host was quick in answering any questions we had.
