Cozy Townhouse Close To Airport - 3 Bedroom

Nice central location. Host was very attentive.

Clean well maintained unit.

The most positive thing I can say about this property is that it was centrally located to the places I was visiting and it held my group. However, the neighborhood is less than desirable with surrounding properties being a little run down. It's a duplex and the people living in the attached unit take up a lot of the parking with a large truck so if your party has two vehicles only one will fit. The backyard is shared and they let their dog use the entire space for business.The negatives are mainly that the fireplace only worked for about an hour. After I contacted the host the second time it took over 24 hours to get a response that said they would check it out after I left.The second bathroom had a plugged bathtub drain and the shower tiles weren't clean. I found a hair puller under the sink and removed the clog myself, not my job and disappointing that management couldn't see fit to reimbursement me some of the cleaning fee. Their reason is that I didn't contact them immediately to fix the problem. I was in standing water - not going to call at that moment. I took a picture of the clog that was pulled out. No hand soap. Deep cleaning in between guests would have solved this issue. Again, management stated that they have little time in between guests. Maybe they should fix that issue so they can be more diligent.Mattresses are memory foam and the beds in master and third bedroom are very firm memory firm, not to my liking. Not a property I would rent from again.

I was really impressed at the size of this place. It fit us all comforatably. It was clean. Communication was great. Overall we would stay again if we were at a conference in Anchorage for the weekend again.

The townhouse was great. Only wish the main bedroom had black out blinds. The neighborhood was a little interesting with the homeless in the park behind the unit and the police dealing with them.

A very clean and well-appointed property — and conveniently close to the airport. Excellent communication from the host about all the details of our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others who are heading to Anchorage!

Enjoyed our stay. Couldn't access entry right away. Everything was clean.Neighborhood is a little sketchy with homeless very close by.

The property was nice. The only concern was the number of homeless people on the park behind the property.

A great place to stay near airport. We were expecting 3 baths with showers. There were 2 full baths and one half bath. We did make it wotk

Check-in was easy - although a bit tricky to find where to park on back access road with GPS. Everything was really clean. No towels that we could find for kitchen, but besides that house is well stocked. Very spacious! Walkable to restaurants, etc. No early check-in or late check-out without paying a fee.

Stayed for one night took the train the next morning to Whittier for cruise. House was comfortable & water pressure good on showers. Cleaners were there till our 4pm check in as the last tenants left it a mess. We were grateful they took the time to really clean it before we were there. Being able to do our laundry there was convenient. You park your car in alley at back of house. Only thing- across street from your car, there were some homeless people at up in tents in the public park.

Property was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is okay. There was a heavy police presence on the street the day we checked in. We did not encounter any issues. I do recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are visiting in the summer as there are no blackout curtains in the home.

This was a nice place to stay with a few teens from a student athlete sport for our layover.

Comfortable home with plenty of room for our family to enjoy time together. We also had room to spread out when each of us needed work, school, or quiet time. We highly recommend. Thank you for making this place available.
