Shower faucets were old were loose and old. The furnace blew out black substance The floor upstairs noisy Had to park in the visitors parking which as a great distance

Nice, clean place to stay. It was very close to Moffitt Cancer Center which was a plus for us.

The only thing that we did not care about our stay was the premises were very rundown. Not the whole complex it was very well. Kept just that unit we were in. Shelving and lower cabinets were laying on the bottom of the cabinet. Air-conditioning had issues had to have maintenance come out and clean the drain lines, and we put a new AC filter in it because the other one was sucked in. The commodes don’t want to flush well finally took the top off the master bath so I could make it refill. The faucets are coming loose in the shower. We did make a full list of everything that needed maintenance so the next people that rent it, it will be fixed. But it was very close to the Moffitt and serve my needs going through radiation therapy for cancer. It’s convenient till all the grocery stores the zoo the science center and the aquarium. So we had plenty to do before I got too sick to do anything. I would rent it again, as the maintenance issues were an annoyance, but not a dealbreaker and the location was what we needed. The management company running the rental was very receptive. And I’m sure they’ll be fixed before the next person rents it.

The property is clean and as pictured. Very close to USF. Beds are comfortable. Don't forget to sign the renter's agreement, otherwise the reservation may be canceled. RB

Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo located in quiet neighborhood off the main road. Close to restaurants, shopping, medical center, University of South Florida and Busch Gardens. Very nice pool area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Two parking spaces available.

We dropped off our daughter at USF. It's just a 5 minute drive. Close to all the restaurants, grocery stores, Target, etc. The unit was very clean, as pictured, and advertised. Very easy check-in and check-out. If available will book again. RB

Excellent stay. Very responsive.

The property was great, very clean and close to Busch Gardens. Only problem was that the bedroom door to the primary bedroom didn't close and there was no hair dryer.
