Cozy Tampa House with Heated Salt Water Pool

Communication was excellent. Kids had a great time in the pool! All rooms were exactly as seen online. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that offered so many extras, like coffee, dishwasher soap….etc. thank you!

Our stay here was great!! The kids loved the pool, we used it every day of our stay. There was more than enough room for our large family to stay with room to spare! All the cleaning/toiletry/laundry supplies we needed were supplied by the host which was awesome!! All of my questions were answered relatively quickly and thoroughly by the host as well. My only complaints were very minor…..pool maintenance was supposed to happen while we were there but that didn’t happen and there was quite a bit of leaves/dirt accumulated on the bottom of the pool that could have been cleaned up, but it didn’t stop us from using the pool. There was also a very small section of the kitchen counter that started accumulating some tiny ants on our last couple of days there and I couldn’t find any spray in the house anywhere but again it didn’t hinder our stay dramatically at all.

Rooms were all.clean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Had fun with the foosball and basketball games in the garage space. Pool nicely heated. However seems to need the pool filter to run harder and/or have a vacuum running across the bottom to keep pool sebris free. Would recommend a stay here. Owner communicated well.

Host was great, very responsive. House checked all the boxes and had a good set up. Could have been a bit cleaner (floors) but we didn't spend much time there so it wasn't an issue. The string lights around the pool are really nice, but 50% of the bulbs are out and need to be replaced. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this house.

Place was perfect. Easy to drive anywhere in the region from the location. Pool was clutch. Nice, quiet area. Host was responsive & helpful.

Overall the property was great and host was very quick to respond. House was in perfect location for our purposes that weekend. However, the pictures did not accurately depict current condition of property, for example, one entire side of screened in porch and roof of lanai was missing screens so there wasn’t any protection from bugs, mosquitos, etc.; grill was filthy and we had to clean it to keep it from catching on fire; putting green was unusable; arcade game was miniature & lacked a power cord, etc.

Everything went as planned

When we got there the pool was not cleaned but after I noticed it, I contacted the owner and sent him pictures of it. He immediately apologized about this and had the pool person come out the next morning and took care of it. The bricks outback surrounding the pool were very loose and had to be careful not to twist ankles. The light was not always lit in the pool at night. There were ant and gnats sightings in the kitchen. The WiFi signal was very weak (a hit or miss). The TVs were not connected to the Internet and when tried it wouldn’t connect. I had to use my own cellular hotspot to do so. There were dust and cobwebs in the corners near the ceilings and light fixtures. There’s no TV in the kids double bunk beds room. The checkout process is not explicitly explained nor is it written up anywhere. I had to contact the owner via text for specific instructions.Also there were 2 trash cans left in front of house with garbage in them cans - when we first arrived. I also contacted the owner about this.Overall, the stay was okay. But the outdoor pictures when googling this address doesn’t match with the real life property. In person, this property needs to updated. There were broken tree limbs in the front yard and on the roof which makes this property look further dated and needs renovation.

We had an awesome time, the house was great and the pool was awesome. The host was very responsive if we need anything or had questions. 9 adults stayed here had plenty of room!! I would highly recommend, thank you for an awesome place to stay in Tampa!!

I wish I knew that all the bedrooms were upstairs, also it’s really not a waterfront

Beds were comfortable, great location, kitchen was fully stocked and had every utensil we needed, pool water was nice and warm. We would stay here again.

This adorable listing was extremely convenient to navigate around the Tampa area. The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of options to accommodate our family of 8. The pool was by far the star of the show, especially for the kids!

We came to Tampa with our daughter and 2 grandkids for another granddaughter who lives there graduation. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was exceptional! Modern appliances and well stocked. John was an exceptional host and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely rent again!

Very nice property to stay at, the pool was a must have for the florida heat after a long day of golfing. The house is located roughly 20 minutes from a variety of quality golf courses in the Tampa area, and has plenty of accomodations to sleep a group of friends or family on your trip. John was very quick to reply with any questions we had and helped make our stay easy to navigate. I would recommend this property for your next trip to Tampa!

We had a great time!

The pool and pool area are awesome. Plenty of space for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to many attractions. Nice finishes throughout the home. Would stay here again if available.

Decent house, pictures were very deceiving. Everything is much smaller than looks in pictures and house needs a very good deep cleaning, ants on the counter, which we did tell him about so he dropped off ant traps for the counter, bugs in light fixtures, trim is very dusty, found fingernails on the flooring, video game does not even work, beds are very squeaky and only have a sheet and thin bedspread on them, we went and bought more blankets and pillows for ourselves. We still had a great time in Florida, but would not recommend this house.

Location was excellent. Close to Bucs stadium, downtown Tampa , restaurants and stores. Some care needs to be given to the outside of home and cleaning to the inside but overall it was a great experience for the family. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy.

We had a great stat at this beautiful Tampa home. Very spacious, Newly remodeled kitchens and bathrooms which are very clean. Nice quite neighborhood and close to everything and any place you need. We csme from NY for a Bucs game and we were very satisfied with everything. Great place, thank you!!
