Cozy sunrise suite at waters edge

Right on the water. Several houses nearby but still feels private.Very clean.

Great place, very clean and peaceful with plenty of stuff to do. Will be going back to this. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

The sunrise suite was lovely. So clean and so well decorated . It is more spacious than expected. There is also a tv in the bedroom and closets. The decor is beautiful and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need! The deck off the suite is amazing. Great hang out spot at the waters edge. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean, well stocked, lots of little extras, comfortable, attentive but not intrusive host, couldn't ask for a more perfect getaway.

calm setting and enjoyed fishing two nights

Everything was as stated in the property details. We loved the paddle boards and lilly pad. Plenty of space inside. Everything you needed to cook, clean etc were provided. Owner was super nice.

Cute property with lots of amenities! I will say the hot tub had to be plugged in and covered for 24 hours before it would heat up and it wasn’t ready when we got there. Besides that, great stay!

Loved our stay despite the weather not being great. Rod was very helpful and responsive and wanted to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this property over the weekend! We were looking for places at the last minute when our vacation was cancelled and the Owner was extremely responsive. The suite is perfect (clean, fully equipped, and quiet). The hot tub was perfect in the evenings and we enjoyed kayaking on the quiet cove during the days. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others!

Exactly as advertised. No surprises, great clean place. Private and had full access to dock and all the water fun listed in description. Will book again the next time we need a weekend away.

We had such an amazing time in the cozy sunrise suite. Rod was so accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place to stay with our newborn baby while we enjoyed the Ozarks. We can’t wait to come back down to really take advantage of all of the amenities that they have to offer. Thank you for hosting us!

Owner is awesome. Had more than expected amenities

Overall this place was great! The water is right there with access to plenty of toys to enjoy yourself. They are shared with the bunkhouse, but there's plenty to go around. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would've been the hot tub. Unfortunately it was cloudy when we areived and needed to be drained and refilled, but Rod was very responsive and did what he could to get it foxed for us.

This was an awesome property! It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The dock and accessories kept us busy for hours! Rod greeted us when we arrived but gave us our privacy during the stay, but we could contact him if we needed anything. It was the best little get away for me and my new husband, we will probably return in the future. It’s also in a convenient location close (with in 10-15 min) to grocery, restaurants and gas stations.

The pictures don't do this property justice. Everything was perfect, all the little extras were thought of. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, but unintrusive. Check in and out was seamless. Will definitely be back again!
