Stayed May 17, 2026Great location close to Blackwater Falls State Park and the two towns of Davis and Thomas. Communications with host suburb! All I needed to cook meals with stove, microwave, pots/pans, coffeemaker; Small space but just right for my solo retreat at waterfalls, rivers, trails for hiking! Highly recommend !!

Stayed Apr 17, 2026Within minutes of Thomas and Blackwater falls. This was a wonderful place for me and my boyfriend to stay at. It was central and made things so much easier especially cause we dont know our way around. I definitely would recommend this place, just for the sights alone. I will say my only note would be adding a sign or a little sticker that steps may be slippery with socks on, my boyfriend fell down three on the first day, but all was good. We just made sure to not wear socks going down the steps.

Stayed Mar 12, 2026We were unfortunately sick most of our stay. The host, Shelly, was so amazing and even helped us find another rental nearby when we unexpectedly needed to stay in town another night. The place was cute and very well kept. The patio out back was so nice and peaceful. I plan on coming back and will definitely book here again.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025Cozy and neat with all the essentials! We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has all the tools you need for basic cooking, the shower gets nice and hot, and the beds were comfortable for us. Location so close to the park is great.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks!

Stayed Apr 15, 2025About a mile to Blackwater Falls and about the same to town. Very close to the gas station and a pizza place. The unit has everything you need, but if there’s anything you forgot, you aren’t far from the grocery store and a Dollar General! Great communication with the owner and her local person. Might be cozy for more than 2 people, but it was a nice place to stay.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Cute little place! Easy to access and short drive into Davis and Thomas. It snowed very hard our first night there, so the parking lot was a bit tricky to navigate in the snow as it wasn’t plowed, but otherwise an enjoyable stay!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Nice space for two. We found the bed very comfortable, the streaming setup worked perfectly and was great to have. Wi-Fi was flawless and fast. Nice AC unit as well. Great location, quiet and right on the doorstep of Blackwater and Davis, and just 2 miles to Thomas. Location is great because of the proximity to the restaurants; Ish (at The Billy Motel) is literally just across the road.
