Backed up to 43 acres of untouched wilderness, the scenery out your window looks like a painting. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable, convenient stay — a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, streaming TV, and a king bed that'll have you sleeping like you never left home. Access is via stairs, and the vibe is peaceful, private, and completely Idaho.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire studio apartment including the kitchen, living space, bathroom, and washer/dryer. No garage access. Check-in is seamless with our smart lock system — no keys needed. We're available via call, text, or message at any time throughout your stay.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:,$50 for 1 dog $100 for 2 dogs



Smoking & Substance Policy

Neighborhood Quiet Hours

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons

We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.



Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you'll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation. You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
