Cozy Studio home 10min from Murray and 20min from Ky Lake

The place is way more than I expected. It’s location is real close to Murray, where everything you need is there. Big nice bed, kitchen, bathroom, I could go on and on. Definitely will be back!

Pleasant stay.

First thing we had to kill about a dozen flies with no fly swatter. You can certainly tell dogs have been there. The couch is ripped up and the door molding and door itself is been chewed on quite a bit. Doors shown in the pictures hiding the washer/dryer are not there. We were quite surprised most people gave this a 10. What a disappointment in this place.

Always a good stay here. Spacious, clean, great location, everything you need to feel comfortable. We especially like the country feel and enjoyed the cows and sheep grazing on the larger road leading to the property. Host always communicates quickly too.

Stayed two times. Used as stop over on way to Illinois for Thanksgiving and in return. Second trip, worked with owner to change the date as we left day ahead due to weather conditions. We have camped in area so know location of home is accessible to many outdoor locations as well as the town of Murray and its facilities, etc. Nice yard area for our dog. Would stay again.

The owner never contacted us to check to see if we had any problems getting in or any problems with the place. The pictures that are listed are not the same as reality. Dirty. I understand accidents happen and owners do not have time to replace things but to put toilet paper on blinds to cover up a hole - REALLY!!! I think the place has potential but it needs some work and maybe change the pictures on the profile. The bed was awful. No support at all. The hairdryer barely worked on high. Also please have neighbors attack dogs locked up at night and day time. Not impressed with this Cozy Studio in Alma, KY. Would love to have a refund.

Location was convenient to the Yates Event Center.

Jonathan and Megan are amazing hosts— thoughtful, responsive, and just all around wonderful folks. The property is always clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Our family enjoyed being so close to Murray, yet removed from the town enough to enjoy the wooded and peaceful location. The patios are delightful to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening to watch the fireflies. Our 12 year old son loved the larger living room area to spread out for his space. The kitchen has everything one needs for eating in. The table is nice for a family meal and the counter seating is plentiful and perfect for a family game of Uno! Thank you for opening your home, Jonathan and Megan. We will most certainly be back!!!

I was visiting family in the area and this property was perfect. It was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive to inquiries. The location is exceptionally quiet which is so important to me as a light sleeper.The king bed was comfortable. The bedroom and living room are spacious. In a nutshell, it matches the pictures perfectly!I would definitely recommend this property.

I came in for a family funeral and while the reason for my trip was sad, I’m very happy to have found a new home away from home for my future visits to Ky! The home was very clean, well equipped and super roomy. The kitchen and bath had everything you might need for a long term stay. I really loved the privacy and outdoor space. When I asked to extend my stay for an extra night, the host was very quick to respond. Will definitely look forward to staying here again.

The cabin was cute, clean and private. Perfect for our trip to Murray. Great bathroom! We’d definitely stay again the next time we’re in town

Comfortable and easy to enjoy MSU time

We have stayed at this property several times, and cannot complain! The hosts are friendly and considerate, the property is always clean, and they have all the necessary amenities. A great little gem on a quiet street.

We really enjoyed our short stay and would stay there again. We only had around 5 miles to the chiropractor, that was very nice.

This was my second stay here - great house, love the location, and it’s very clean and comfortable! Will stay again if it works out :)
