Cozy & steps from the beach - Papou's Place Tybee

Great little place to relax. Good location to beach access. Just a few steps. We rented a golf cart and saw ever inch of the island.

Great location. Nice property. Two small items need attention: The hair dryer only blows cold air, and 2) grab bars should be installed in the tub/shower.

Great place! Beautiful and cozy only steps to the beach. Door didn’t always want to open with the automatic lock had to use the key and gate lock should be adjusted. Very minor things! Overall a great experience and I would come back!!

We had a great stay at Papou's Place. It was clean and in a perfect location to walk a few steps to the beach. It was also a short walk to restaurants and activities. We will visit again.

Pros: Very close to the beach, it's the second house down from the boardwalk. It is a cute place and is clean.Cons: The beds were not very comfortable and the towels were very worn. The shower did not have a mat, which seemed very dangerous. Overall, it was a nice place to stay

The location to the beach, restaurants and shopping is great! I Parking onsite is a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I appreciated this clean, small apartment just a short walk to the beach & restaurants. It was certainly adequate for our needs, and comfortable for two. It would have felt crowed with additional adults, especially without space to place bathroom items or drawers for clothing for longer stays. I rated down a notch because the place can use a general updating, and the two of us were vying for the same electric outlets for our devices. Overall, it was a pleasant experience though!

Very short walk to beach. Bars and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Quiet area around home. Would absolutely recommend.

Very nice unit, has no handicap accessories. Needs handicap bar in shower and stool.

Is a nice quiet place

Wonderful property and amazing location just a couple minute walk over the dune to the beach. Very accurate to the listing. Was nice to park and not have to drive anywhere once we were situated, as weekend traffic was quite intense.Would definitely book this property again.

Quiet and only steps to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and beds were comfy. Very cute and easy access to Savannah and shops and restaurants on Tybee. Host was very responsive to our needs.

Bridgette was a Fabulous host. Cutest little place. Walking distance to dining and shops. You can hear the beach waves from the patio doesnt take 3 minutes and you are on the beach.

Papou's Place is a sweet little apartment with cute beachy decor. It is very well maintained and clean. Close to beach access and the fenced in patio was perfect for our little dog.

Everything was a described. Perfect location - to the beach, shops and restaurants. We spent Thanksgiving in the apartment and had a great time! When the temps dropped it stayed warm which is always something I'm scared about, being cold pretty quick! Great place!

Perfect place to stay close to the beac

A week stay for 20th annual Pyrate Invasion. Cute cozy place away from the noise. Easy access to beach just steps away! Very clean & well appointed, Decor is beachy just as the photos show!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Papou's Place. Clean, two king size beds perfect for 4 adults, one minute walk to the beach. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. If your group will cook a lot, notice that there is no dishwasher. Also no laundry facilities, which did not matter to us.

Small unit, wonderfully decorated and comfortable. Very close to the beach. If you don’t have a large group and can do without a dishwasher, disposal, washer, and dryer ( which we could!), it’s perfect!

This little cozy place was perfect! It was steps from the beach and not far from most anything you need. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going great. I will definitely be staying again.

I love the apartment! Just the right size for our stay. The location is ideal! Just a few steps to the Beach and a few blocks to food and Pier! The host was very kind, helpful, a pleasure to work with!

This trip was all about celebrating my Granddaughter’s graduation from high school!!! Papou’s Place was SO close to the beach!!! We loved it!!! We went to the coffee and bagel shop a couple times, enjoyed our seafood and ice cream, and got some souvenirs… ALL without getting into the car!!! Very nice!
