Stayed Jul 24, 2025Very comfortable place to stay, lovely living area and bedrooms. Hosts were excellent, very accommodating and informative. Lovely location to stay, little bit of a hill to get up but perfectly fine and my 74 year old mum didn't have a problem!

Stayed Sep 3, 2024Stand alone is a very nice 3 bedroom, one bath cottage. It is very roomy with kitchen, living room and dining room. The map showed the cottage was in the town of St. George’s, which was incorrect. It is a half mile hilly walk to town which was a problem for my wife who has mobility issues. The main reason we booked it was its location. I guess I should have researched it more. I didn’t find out where it was located until two days before our trip. So we had to take taxis, which are expensive when we went out together. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We did have some TV and WiFi issues. Overall it is a very nice place but the location is not very good.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023We had a great stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was lots of information about activities and nearby places to shop and dine. Located in short walking distance to bus stop, restaurant and grocery/convenient store. Less than 10 minutes to the airport by cab. Great place to stay, great price, and a great host.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was clean and spacious, and the hosts Andrea and Tyrone were so friendly helpful. We would wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to stay in the lovely town of St George, and we would be happy to stay there again sometime.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025This was our second trip to Bermuda. Our first holiday was in Warwick and we found the walking problematic because of the busy traffic. We decided to stay 2 weeks in St. George's, a much quieter part of the island. Tyrone and Andrea's house is perfect for a quite holiday focused on the simple things: long walks, a bit of history, nice meals, golf, reading and just relaxing. Some things to note: the house is within a 15 minute walk of St. Georges where you can find grocery shopping and a few good restaurants, You can also easily walk to Five Forts golf course, Fort St. Catherine, Gates Fort and the railway trail. However, the house is on a hill, so the location favours the fit. There is a bus stop 10 minutes away, with access to the whole island. For golfers, Five Forts clubhouse is only a 5 minute cab ride (or 20 minute walk) away. There is a decent twilight rate after 4 pm. For a less expensive experience, try the Ocean View course just outside Hamilton. It's a lovely 9 hole course that is a relative bargain. Ask Tyrone nicely and he might lend you clubs or even join you for a round. Be sure to speak to Tyrone and Andrea. They are fantastic people and very knowledgeable about the island. If you are bird watcher, be sure to ask Andrea about the best viewing spots. The house is well-equipped for 2-4 people. Beyond that, you'll find the cutlery and crockery a bit limited. There is also a single bathroom. Water is limited in Bermuda, so there is no dishwasher.

Stayed May 16, 2024Tyrone & Andrea are wonderful hosts. As I was arriving 1st, at night & alone, they very kindly met me at the airport. We chatted for quite a while despite it being very late. All information about the property & surrounds was very clear. Andrea communicated with us during our stay, but we had everything we needed. The only comment between 5 of us was that the VRBO location indicated we were close to King's Square but in fact it was a 15min walk. We were okay but anyone unable to walk that distance might need transportation into the main town of St. Georges and return.. The local bus passed on the main Mullett Bay Road every 15mins either way but a 5+ min walk downhill or uphill to return to the house was required. Exact cash or bus pass are required $3.50 on short trips. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely return

Stayed May 25, 2024Our family traveled to St. George and found it a wonderful destination! The house had a full size washer and dryer and everything in the kitchen needed to make meals. The grocery store was about a 15 minute walk. Tobacco Bay Beach was walking distance as was Saint Catherine’s. There are some hills if you have mobility issues, but we found walking was perfect for our group. We purchased the tokens downtown for the city buses and we got around just fine. We took a water taxi over to dockside. We highly recommend this cute house!

Stayed Feb 7, 2024Best time in Bermuda since I lived here as a child. Cozy home, and wonderful host will make your stay awesome. I do recommend renting a car if you have a mobility issue. Walking up and down hills was challenging for me.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023I brought my friends over to experience Cup Match for the first time and this house was in the perfect location. Only a 10 min walk to the field, 15 mins to the square to catch the ferry, not a far car ride to Tobacco Bay or Clearwater beach plus the airport is literally 7 mins away. Perfect location and very nice house.
