Stayed Aug 29, 2025Area was great and quiet. Close to several beaches. This house was definitely the ugliest in the neighborhood. Good thing it was safe because upon checkin, the door handle fell apart. Had a hard time getting the property manager as the phone number was disconnected. Had to call VRBO. After contacting property owner, response was, keep the back slider unlocked. They asked if we wanted someone to come fix it right away and we said yes. No one showed up to fix it. Why bother asking ??Inside needs a lot of cleaning. Cobwebs everywhere. Sheets were provided but some had stains. Basement room was unusable. Before check-in I had asked about shades on windows and slider. I was told that we should be able to do something. When we arrived there was absolutely no shades downstairs. Thus, no privacy. Then upon opening the pullout, it was littered with bugs and stains. Outside was just as dirty. Could use a simple power wash and sweep off porch.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025The property was clean and as advertised, the check in process was very easy and the hosts super responsive. Things to improve I’d say is the outdoors. The terrace and fire pit area were very dirty, it’s a summer rental so guests expect to spend a portion of their time outside. Some power washing of the downstairs area and some new chairs for the fire pit area would work wonders. The landscaping needed improvement, but the owners took care of calling a company to mow the grass as soon as my wife let them know, so incredibly responsive hosts. Very nice area, perfect location, so close to the beach. We had a great time.

Stayed May 12, 2025My friends and I visited to celebrate our graduation from college. Our host was so accommodating of our stay needs both prior to and during our stay. The home was clean and fully stocked with cooking supplies and linens. The location proximity to both the beach and Hyannis attractions was better than I expected. We all enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Sep 3, 2024I booked this listing for a short getaway with my wife. The home was exactly as the listing described. About a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 20 minutes walk to downtown hyannis. We ended up driving to downtown, plenty of free parking. The beds were softer than we typically prefer but that's subjective . Our host was accommodating and responsive and even allowed an early check in. I would recommend staying here!
