Cozy & Spacious Home w/ Private Pool, BBQ, Game Room close to DFW, Sleeps 10-12

The stay was good! The house was clean we enjoyed the pool to the extent that we could in the cold weather.

Great home that was able to host 10 teenage boys without any space issues / concerns. Fun backyard area, room to play and spread out - it was a great weekend in a great home.

Christina always has super clean and well appointed homes making your stay totally comfortable. She responds quickly to any calls or texts. We’ve stayed in one of her homes before and we are always happy when one of hers is available for us to rent. The pools are always sparkling clean! There is comfy seating outside and a nice fan. The beds are comfortable. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Jo L.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was just him and I so we really didn’t need the extra bedrooms but enjoyed the master suit bedroom/bathroom and living areas. I personally loved the kitchen. The house reminded me a bit of home. Decorated nicely. Real cozy feel to it. As far as cleanliness, the house was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Fenced in back yard. Nice outdoor sitting areas. I will say I was a little disappointed in the pool just because it looked like it’s near needing to be replaced up close but that was an added bonus so didn’t really affect our trip. I think it was clean just maybe nearing its last leg. Overall I give the house a 5 out of 5 stars. Would definitely like to stay again if/when back in the area.

Beautiful home and clean with everything you need

Our family met in Lewisville for a birthday gathering. We wanted something roomy with outdoor space, nearby restaurants, and close to DFW. This property was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed, and the neighborhood was very nice. The patio has a great fan and misters, and coupled with the pool, we were able to enjoy the outdoors in the Texas summer heat! We would consider staying again.

It was absolutely awesome! House was beautiful and clean! Christina was an absolute sweetheart and very helpful and quick to get the door knob fixed when it broke. Zero issues!! Would definitely stay here again!!

This place was perfect for us and even our dogs. Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful private backyard with a pool. It was so close to dfw airport (we weren’t flying but it’s great for those coming from out of town). We would stay here again while staying in the Dallas area. Property manager was super responsive and very accommodating to our families needs!

Check in was easy. Really enjoyed the space of the house. It was more than what the wife and I needed. It's perfect for a large group. Great getaway spot. Our pets sure liked the house too. We had an amazing time during our stay. The house has everything you need to accommodate a large family. I loved the house so much, I offered to buy it! The neighborhood is very friendly & quiet. Quick access to stores for your grocery needs, gas stations, etc. We will definitely be back the next time we’re visiting our family in TX!

Convenient location with it being close to the airport and centrally located to McKinney and Fort Worth. Hosts were very responsive.

This house was awesome. So many beds, room for a large family or group. Grandkids loved the bunk bed rooms and game room. House was welcoming and comfortable. Nice pool and outdoor furniture in privacy fenced backyard. We look forward to staying here again.

My husband and I brought some teens from our church to a youth conference, and we absolutely loved our stay here! The house was exactly what we needed and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if we’re back in this area in the future :)

Three couples and one adult child gathered from three different locations. Stayed together to avoid motels and eating out. Worked great except weather was cold forcing us indoors.

The house was exactly what my friends and I were looking for, plus more. It blew other rentals around the city out of the water with its cheap and affordable price tag, alongside it being located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Overall, an excellent stay and house if you are traveling to Dallas.

Enjoyed an early Thanksgiving with family. Plenty of space (including game room) to break off from main group for kids to play or have side conversations given large family group.

The property was very accessible to many places that interested us. The only thing we were not pleased with is the rule of having to be in the house at 9:30pm. We felt that should be on the listing before people book. We understand it is a city rule but it would have been nice to know before hand.
