Stayed Oct 16, 2025We rented this house specifically for the Notre Dame USC game. They aren't kidding when they say it is 3 blocks from campus. The house had been recently upgraded since the time of reservation so that was really nice. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable and the living room was nice as well. This is a 2 couples max house as there is only one bathroom. The shower had great pressure and worked well. This house has more space than appears in pictures. It was nice not having to drive to campus b/c it was in walking distance. If you don't mind walking just over a mile, alot of the cool restaurants and bars and within that distance. Met one of the owners and she was very nice and informative about places to visit and eat. She actually stocked coffee and creamer for us and also left a basket of snacks and a cool ND Christmas ornament with our name on it. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025If you're looking for a place that's close to Notre Dame, this place is it. It was a close, easy drive to the Joyce Center and this was our home for a week. This little house needed some TLC but is very cute and functional. By TLC, I mean the yard needed some trimming/ upkeep but has a cute little patio in the back. The inside is nicely decorated and comfortable. Minor things on the inside (broken towel holder, closet doors off their tracks) but nothing that made us want to leave. Cozy living room, big TV and two spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Also close to University Mall, grocery stores, Trader Joe's and many restaurants. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this little house. Will probably look into staying there in 2026 too. Thanks!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Basic accommodations near Norte Dame University. In town for a family wedding and didn’t want to stay at hotel due to space issues. I was looking for place with an outside patio, and this had one. However, there was no patio furniture to sit outside which I thought was odd. It may be because the backyards in this area are not fenced, which I also thought was odd. Other reviewers have said that the bathroom was small with inadequate lighting and mirror, which was true. I used the desk in the dining room as a vanity table which worked out well. The beds were really comfortable and the AC was very welcome and works great. The dishes (plates and cups) were plastic and I recommend the owner upgrades to china/glass—-it is very difficult to completely wash/clean plastic plates and china/glass is fairly inexpensive to purchase. House also had no iron and I had to borrow one from the hotel where the rest of my family was staying. When we arrived, there was a high-pitched sound throughout the house which we finally figured out was coming from rodent/insect repellants plugged into the outlets. We unplugged them so we would not be bothered with that noise. Unfortunately, on our last day, we did see a mouse. This is NOT a negative review— I would stay there again —- I am just providing some advice to the owners. And, finally, the grass in the front of the house was in need of a mowing.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023We stayed her with my in-laws while visiting Notre Dame for a football game. Great clean property with comfy beds and plenty of space even though it’s a small house. Great location close to campus, we were able to walk to and from the stadium with no issues. Only complaints were for the bathroom… the shower head is a little low, the water pressure isn’t great, and the mirror above the sink is small and has a distorted finish. Luckily, there was a better mirror in the dining area where I could do my hair and makeup. Still a great place overall though!
