Charming home that can comfortably house 12 guests. Includes kitchen and dining area, with basic appliances needed to cook a meal. The space is open and clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is centrally located in Orange county, close to beaches, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim convention center, Angle Stadium, Honda Center, shopping malls, restaurants and more. - Max Occupancy - 12 individuals including infants - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee $40/guest/day. - Laundry room located in the middle of the house.

+ Please note: The front door code should continue to work after your first entry into the house. However, if the wrong code is entered multiple times, the system will automatically lock. If that happens, please wait about 10 minutes and try entering the correct code again, or press and hold the top button for 15 seconds — it should reset and allow access.

- We have central AC in the house. Please set the temperature to 72 Fahrenheit. And turn off the AC before you go out.

- Our house can park maximum two cars in the driveway. One car can park under the carport. Please follow the street parking rule if you’re parking on the street. Guest will responsible for any parking violations. Due to county regulations our driveway only permits 2 vehicles at a time. Violators will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

- We provide the grill but not the propane tank gas, if you would like to use the grill you will need to rent a propane tank from the nearby Walgreens.

- Please keep noise level to a minimum after dark from disturbing the neighbors. Quiet time is 9:00PM -8AM. No excessive noise or loud music after 9:30pm (noise complaint $400 fine)

- PARTIES: Not allowed. If there is a party, or excessive noise after 9:30pm that disturb the neighbors, guests will be asked to leave without refund. No parties ($400 fine).

- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE ($400 Fine)

- DISCLAIMER: For your safety and the safety of others, security cameras are installed around the property monitoring the front door, back door and side gates.

- If there are any problems with your stay, please let us know immediately.

- Since COVID-19, we’ve been providing only bath towels to prioritize health and safety. Paper towels are available, and you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

- Please make sure all remote controls for the TV and AC units are in their proper place before checking out. Each AC control has a corresponding holder on the wall. We will charge $40 for each missing remote.

- Please throw away all paper products into trash cans after use to prevent clogs in toilets and sinks.

- We have regular garden service weekly. From time to time we will come to check it if necessary.

- If you are staying on Monday, please bring in the trash cans when they are empty and put them inside of the left side gate.

- Before you leave, please
1, put all trashes in the outside trash cans.
2, Clean the food on the dishes and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start to wash.
3, Put the used towels in the washer and start to wash.

- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

- Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected. Noise monitoring device is installed in backyard to monitor the decimal, only to alert the property managers when decimal is higher than normal.

- Security Deposit: If anything is damaged, or broken the house rules, you may be charged.

- Fines will be deducted from the security deposit.

+ Notice: The furniture in the pictures may not be the exact same as what is on the property as it is occasionally replaced due to damage.
