Cozy Ruston Townhome < 1 Mi to Louisiana Tech

**Clean house, but missed maintenance**The house was nice, clean, and as pictured. However, there were a few issues that absolutely should have been addressed before our stay. The downstairs A/C vents had mold, the bathroom ceiling and bathtub paint was peeling, and an upstairs floor vent was bent and falling into the duct, creating a major safety concern. These aren't things anyone should have missed.To their credit, management responded quickly and fixed the vents right away. It's a nice property, but they need to do more thorough quality checks between guests.

It had everything I needed and was close to La Tech. Fit my needs and were flexible with my dates when a game was rescheduled.

No contact whatever with the host. We did tell him there is very little water pressure in the faucet in the vanity in the bathroom. The place feels tired. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Would have appreciated knowing it sits on such a busy, noisy strert

Great location, comfortable, easy, and pleasant

The furnace was little noisy at nite but otherwise all was fine. Very close to everything in town.

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great spot, close to restaurants, shops, and the universities. Easy check-in process.

Everything was great, will definitely plan to stay again if we come to Ruston

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and easily accessible. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the heater was extremely loud. We had to turn it off due to so much noise. We are all hot natured so this wasn't a huge deal to us but could be to others. We did communicate the issue with the property manager before we left just to let them know so they could have it looked at.

We had a wonderful stay in Ruston this past weekend for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer. The main bedroom could use an updated bed, pretty hard, but made do. Everything else was nice.

When we arrived all was great easy acces etc. After entering the property we found empty water bottles and the house wasn’t really clean I slept on my sleeping bag to keep from sleeping in bed. When I went to take a shower the hot water heater was not operational. The gas’s was on cause luckily the heat worked but no hot water and after reaching out to property manger Saturday about the water heater we reach out again because the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor. As of Monday still no response from the manager

The home was nicely kept with all the amenities that you need for a short stay. Conveniently located to LA tech and local stores was a huge plus for me!

Very convenient to the Interstate, restaurants, etc.
