Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around, as most places are easiest to reach by drive. With convenient access to Round Rock, Cedar Park, and North Austin, you’ll be well positioned to enjoy local restaurants, shopping, parks, and popular nearby attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

Pets are welcome with prior approval for a $100 fee per dog, per stay (paid separately).

To keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, the home is smoke-free (including vaping). Any violation will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of consideration for others.

If you’d like to arrive early, we may be able to accommodate for $75 + tax, subject to availability. Check-ins before 1:00 PM require an extra night. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll do our best to help.
