Beautiful pool home on spacious corner lot, located in Rivers Edge. This 4-bedroom home has been upgraded throughout, providing the luxury you and your guests deserve. The backyard is like a resort with a large freshwater pool with a hot tub, built in ground fire pit ran off gas, a wood burning fire pit, and a built in BBQ island with mini fridge and a sink. The pool offers a Baja shelf and a raised table with seating and an umbrella. The backyard has plenty of sitting areas and even a gazebowith a table and chairs. This single-family home features an open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain. The master bedroom has a California king bed, dual vanity sink bathroom with soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms offer a queen size bed and a pull-out sofa bed couch. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed (Double bed on the bottom & a single on top). This home has been renovated with new flooring throughout, fresh paint, quartz countertops, and new outside furniture. Each room in the house has a T.V. So come relax and make some great memories and enjoy yourself.
