Cozy Rimrock Cottage w/ Hot tub - Near Sedona!

Place was wonderful and had everything you might need or want for a stay in that area. The only semi inconvenience was that when we arrived at 4:45pm, the host was still there cleaning. She was nice and we only had to wait a couple more minutes but a heads up would have been really nice so we could have planned our timing better.

This is not close to Sedona (40 minutes) , so I am not sure why it came up searching Sedona. The rooster crowing bright and early and the continuous dog barking were not enjoyable. Otherwise a great little place. I loved having the washer and dryer available to clean up our clothes from our atv adventure.

This cottage was perfect for a couples weekend getaway! The fireplace stove inside was so nice especially for a colder night. All amenities were included in the kitchen, making it easy for cooking. The hot tub was great too and it was not too hard to figure out the controls. Overall 10/10!

My daughter and I loved everything about this rental! We bbq'd on the propane grill. Used the oven, stove, it had A/C. Her bed was more comfortable than mine, but thats okay. Shower and bath were great, hot tub was amazing. The decor was very homey. We want to come back soon. Oh. It was fairly close to Sedona and other hiking spots!

Very nice little property about 25 miles from Sedona. A little further away than I realized but that’s my fault for not looking at a map. Has everything for a great base to explore the region and all the national monuments in the area. Very good communication and has everything needed for a stay. Great coffee shop less than 2 miles away!

Clean, very unique and fun decor. Beautiful view and hot tub was a huge bonus!

It was an amazing stay very comfortable neighbors nearby but incredibly private. The interior is fun and interesting with all sorts of small details that just match the vibe of the area. I would love to return and stay again.

Cozy green cabin … two bedrooms, ample bathroom … close to hiking … great soothing hot tub

We traveled with two small kids from Columbus, Ohio, and the Little Green Cottage had everything we needed for a two night stay near Sedona. It was clean and well appointed, the beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was great for unwinding after hiking - especially under the stars - and we just really enjoyed it stay. Checking in was easy, which we appreciated after getting in late (close to midnight our time), and the neighborhood was really cute. We would definitely recommend! Thanks for having us!

Sadly, we didnt stay long in this beautiful home. Very cozy, clean, and relaxing after a long drive from California. I would definitely like to book for a longer stay next time.

We enjoyed staying outside of Sedona. It was the perfect resting place after exploring the Sedona area. The drive into Sedona from the house is beautiful.

Really enjoyed our stay. Night stars were amazing from the hot tub (no chemicals so plan ahead) and enjoyed our coffee from the deck. Even saw some road runners. Plane was perfect for day hikes and plenty of restaurants or DG options at night.

The place was very beautiful. It was a very cozy feeling. I would absolutely stay there again.

This is a quaint place to stay with lots of bonus features. It was overall comfortable and private. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook for oneself though we didn't, along with a full size fridge. The beds were nice sized and comfortable. There was a TV (we didn't use) and some games / books along with flyers to explore the area. We did like the hot tub and used it a couple times.The only negatives were trying to stay warm and accessing the hot tub. There is no central heating, only a baseboard heater in the living room and some space heaters in the bathroom and bedrooms. These worked pretty well for the space but it took a little time. The hot tube really only seats 3 and it's a bit of a uncovered walk on some stepping stones. When it's wet outside they were muddy and slippery so our feet or shoes got dirty. There was no place to put a towel or shoes near the hot tube so they got wet when it sprinkled. The cover is also a little hard to remove because you cannot access the side or back. But the hot tube was great and we managed. For how great the place was, these were some minor things that could be improved. We had a great time, would highly recommend the place, and if we're back would check it out again!

We love the green cabin! This was our second stay here. we knew after the first in 2021 that we wanted to return. The colors of the cabin are so cheerful and inviting. The view is incredible, and it is so centrally located to so many things. We're already making a to-do list for our third visit! The hot tub is wonderful to soak in and star gaze after a day of hiking. The cabin is well stocked with everything you could need. I love being there. It has a very positive and peaceful vibe.

Place was great. Tip for people who stay. The property runs on a well and if you run a load of laundry it uses all avail water and the house loses water for 30 min. The way around this is to just start a load while you are out and do showers first. Place is great

Cool place would stay again

Loved the house decor! Clean and quaint. We appreciated Liz going above and beyond to make sure the hot tub was perfect. It made for a wonderful relaxibg evening under the clear star lit skies. Beds were comfy too!!!

This place is absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall experience was incredible. I'm giving it a solid 5 stars because it truly deserves it. My only minor gripe is that it wasn't quite ready when we arrived – a few things were still being cleaned and set up. However, Liz was super and worked quickly to finish up. Despite that small hiccup at the beginning, the rest of our stay was flawless. I would highly recommend this place.

This was our second stay here, last time was for just one night and this time for 3 nights. The location is about 30 minutes outside of the traffic of Sedona, allowing for exploring the area. MONTEZUMA castle and well are close by and worth the visit. We also did a pink jeep tour.The home is clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet space on the outskirts of Sedona.

This place was cute and well-stocked. It is about half an hour from Sedona. It is in an area close to other houses, but it is still quiet and peaceful. The stars are amazing at night. We had a great stay!

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family! We loved the location and not being in a busy city/touristy area. The drive to Sedona and Jerome weren’t too far away. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night and stargazing. Our stay was amazing!

Great place to stay!!! Just close enough to Sedona where it’s a short ride and far enough away to feel secluded out in nature with a great view of the stars! Especially from the hot tub! Inside is super cozy with lots of fun games and plenty to keep you busy!! Highly recommend!

The house is beautifully decorated and set in a peacful neighborhood with a very pretty view backdropped by the Sedona canyons. We enjoyed the stay very much and will look to book the home again when we stay in the area next time.

The house was great. The only issue was the property was listed in the search for Sedona and the property is 30 min from Sedona.

I was impressed by how well the house was appointed , lots of trail information and activities, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, even to prepare great meal, clean linen, floors, and bathroom. The hot tub was top shape, no stain. Really, for a change, this was better than advertised and not a bummer. It is outside Sedona so you need to drive in but the area is quiet, easy to park. I highly recommend it.

This property was great! We absolutely loved it.

We got a good nights sleep and awoke to see a nice view of Sedona in the distance. Sat on the front porch for coffee and got ready for our day. Nice little street, this home was perfect for our group of 3. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but I did say more than once, “I could live here!”

The property was just as described. It was very clean and there was plenty of room. It worked well for the 3 nights we stayed there. The proximity to Sedona was good, only a 20 minute drive. The area is quiet and peaceful.

Enjoyed the property but only stayed one night. Beds are ok but a bit old. Didn’t use hot tub but it was functional and clean.
