Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home and outdoor areas. A unique entry code will be provided before check-in. Free driveway parking for up to 5 cars (no street parking).



IMPORTANT: All guests must complete a registration form at least 3 days before check-in. A $75 fee applies if submitted late.

The form will be emailed to you via Jotform for easy e-signing. Prefer paper No problem—just print, sign, and send us a photo.

This form is required by Penn Estates for 24/7 gated security and ensures a safe, smooth entry during your stay.



Good to Know

This property is located within a HOA community. Please note that guests do not have access to any community/HOA amenities (such as pools, gyms, clubhouses, or other shared facilities) — this home's private amenities are the only ones available to guests during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Penn Estates is central to all the best of the Poconos. The community is located near ski resorts, water parks, Outlet Mall shopping, Pocono Snake & Animal Farm, Mt. Airy Casino, Pocono raceway and many other outdoor activities.



Getting Around:

Getting around the house is easiest with a car, as most attractions, dining, and shops in East Stroudsburg are a short drive away — but you’re just a short walk to the beach and one of the community’s three lakes, with the lake right in your backyard!

We will be accessible to our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app.
