Cozy Retreat w/ Heated Pool & Yard Near Downtown

House was very clean and well stocked. Neighborhood was not good but nobody bothered us and it was very quiet. Description states there is a garage but there is not, it is a car port. Pool was a lot smaller than I thought but I guess I didn't read the dimensions, it didn't really matter since we didn't spend much time there. Beds were very comfortable and clean.My only issue was a stopped up shower drain , I informed the owner just so they would know and could take care of it prior to their next renter. The owner took it upon themselves to call a plumber on a holiday then proceeded to message me it was a build up of hair in the drain and it cost him 500, the amount of money he was making off of my stay. I found this comment very passive aggressive and it upset my day because I felt I was being blamed, even though I had been there 1 day and with that comment I wasn't sure what his intentions were. My whole reasoning to reaching out was to avoid his floors being ruined by an overflowing shower, I didn't ask him to call out a plumber. I didn't appreciate the way I was responded to.Other than that situation everything else was fine.

Home was cozy and outside pool area was lovely. It was clean with all the necessities. Not far from the Hard Rock Casino.

My family came to Tampa for my granddaughter’s graduation. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The host was responsive to all our needs. The pool was smaller than expected but it was clean and a great temperature. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful trees. Overall, our experience was very positive and I would definitely stay there again.

HORRIBLE experience! If you’re looking for a nice, clean, safe area to vacation with your family this property is not the place. I was unaware of the area until after this experience and I spoke to multiple people who have lived nearby who automatically shook their head because it was not a good place to be. Also should have read every review because there are multiple people who state in their reviews that the area/location/neighborhood was a negative to them as well. The host was terrible to deal with. We rented this property for 8 days and did not even stay 1 night! After the host first stated he would issue a partial refund he ended up not giving me any type of refund and has completely stopped responding to my messages. When I reached out trying to recoup at least some of my money when I made him aware I did not feel good about where we were at and that we would not be staying there he made negative accusations towards me because I did not like the area. Not only was the area this house is in not good, the “back yard” was mostly dirt and leaves, completely misleading from photos, and our feet were completely black from the floors of the home and us not even being in the property 2 hours. The pool was full of leaves and debris. It got to the point after multiple attempts to at least get a portion of my money back that the host completely stopped responding to me. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This place was everything and more! 10/10 recommend. My family of 5 plus my aunt came down for a cheer competition this past weekend and stayed for 4 nights. The house itself was perfect and set up so cute! The location was definitely an added bonus as well. It was close to everything and not far from the bay. The pool was a little chilly at night but with the day temps in the 90s I assume the heater did not kick on which is fine. I truly have nothing negative to say about this place and will definitely stay there again if we come back to the Tampa area. The only thing wrong which still was nothing major to me was there was still food left in the fridge and freezer, but the freezer had a brand-new unopened box of popsicles that my kids enjoyed so it was actually a plus for us lol. Thank you so much for the amazing stay and I most definitely will recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area!

Very clean and comfortable home with a nice pool to relax in. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful

We needed close access to moffit. This location was great for that. Master bed was great, slept awesome. Everything worked and was clean. Pool was nice and warm. Neighborhood wasnt really to my liking. Although i did feel safe and no one bothered us. We would visit again.

The outlets in both bathrooms did not work and with a group of women that was very inconvenient. I would suggest putting small TVs in all bedrooms. There was confusion on check in/out times but it is what it is.
