• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests.

Smoking
• No smoking or vaping inside the house.
• Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas.
• A $250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.

Pets
• Pets must be approved in advance.
• A pet fee applies.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Guests must clean up after their pets at all times.

Cleanliness
• Please leave the home in reasonable condition.
• Take out trash and place it in the outdoor trash can. (If is possible)
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Safety
• No illegal activities.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security devices.
• Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

Parking
• Park only in designated parking areas.
• No street blocking or parking on the grass.
