Cozy Retreat I Indian Trail Large Home!

Amazing Place. Our track team absolutely enjoyed the game room in the space.. our main man Jeff absolute amazing. Thank you, thank you I’ll be back next year.

Whenever we visit Spokane, we will definitely stay here again. This home is exactly as described, clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as common areas where we could hang out when we wanted.Jeff is a great communicator and quick to respond. When he found out we would be checking in after dark, he made sure to leave some lights on so we would easily find the house and have it well lit when we entered the home. He even put up a Christmas tree to make us feel at home and welcomed.The house is close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. and the neighborhood is very quiet. We will be back soon!!

Absolutely amazing!

Amazing house. Lots of room. It can handle a lot of people at one time. The pool table is not in great shape, but the kids didn't care. The kitchen area is huge and well shaped. We had a blast doing taco fiestas on two different nights. 4 of us adults were able to work in there at the same time.I recommend.

Clean family-friendly house in a great neighborhood!

This house was amazing! Me and my 2 best friends plus all of our kids stayed here and the house was WAY bigger than we expected and slept all 8 of our kids perfectly! Each kid had a bed along with us adults. Loved the play room downstairs, so perfect. Neighborhood was great and nice to be away from the sketchiness of Spokane haha. Also because we had so many kids, we were running late on check out a bit but they were super chill about it. My ONLY complaint was that the house was pretty warm and wouldn’t get cool, but they did provide fans which helped!

Check in was easy. House was very clean. Kitchen was well supplied, except no dish cloths and only 1 dish towel

It was very accommodating for a large group.

Everything was as advertised. Great location, clean home exactly as shown in online pictures, easy checkin and checkout. Great experience.

Easy check in and out. Great location. Basement was huge and perfect for kids to have space to play. Only issue was the fire alarm kept going off mid day, but manager was quick to respond. The fire alarm was hard wired. We checked everything and there was no concern for a gas leak or any danger to us, but issue didn’t resolve during our stay.

It was a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. Enough room for all of us and plenty of towels. The kitchen was perfect and the games downstairs were fun for our teenagers. We appreciated the house being decorated for Christmas. It made it perfect for our family celebration. We will definitely be coming back to rent this home.

House was amazing tons of beds and enough restrooms for all our family absolutely zero complaints. House was clean and ready for our big family. Was a great way for everyone flying in for my sons wedding to have a nice place to stay plenty of cooking utensils and pans everything we needed for sure

Room for all - 17 including all kids. Comfortable beds and plenty of bath towels. Place was clean and listing was accurate and host communicated well.

house had an abundance of towels which was perfect for our group, rooms and bathrooms were cleaned when we arrived. had no issues with anything and enjoyed our stay at your home.

Convenient to local golf courses. Clean. Older plumbing was evident when taking a shower in the Master bath and someone flushed somewhere else in the house. Went from pleasant to scalding hot to freezing cold, within 20 seconds of each other. It was our second stay.
