Cozy, Relaxing House in Quiet Neighborhood

Location was great. Was very clean. Cost was good as well. Owner was very responsive.

We didnt use the kitchen for meals. The owner was very kind to provide some snacks.Unfortunately, the hot tub had dirt in it and wasnt hot enough.

Kenton you were a superb host. Your welcoming touch with leaving us fresh fruit, yogurts and cinnamon rolls upon our arrival was so nice! Thank you too for shoveling snow off the walkways and your helpful knowledge of weather tips for our driving conditions. You provided such great communication along with such a lovely well stocked house for us to vacation in. Thank you!!

Great house, great host.

The whole house was spotless and wonderful and reminded me of where I grew up in eastern Iowa. The Hot tub was very relaxing and simple to use with plenty of towels provided. I would highly recommend this location to friends visiting the area as it's located in a nice quiet neighborhood and not too far from downtown and restaurants.

The house was very homey. We liked everything. The hot tub was a bonus. I have never stayed in a vrbo before and wasn't considering the sleeps how many people in the listing. We all had a bed to sleep in there were 6 of us ladies in the residence and some of us had to partner up in the beds. The hosts were great to work with,. If I need to stay in the area again I would probably stay here.

The big bed was too high for my wife to get into, and the air conditioners were noisy, but it was cool out, so we were able to open the windows. My sister enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was nice and helpful

Hosts were very nice and allowed for us to check in a little early, which was great! House was as described by host and in a good central location. It was nice to be able to park off the street! Really the only negative was it could use a newer fridge, but that's my opinion, as it worked fine.

We stayed in Great Falls to get a little break from camping between Yellowstone and Glacier. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house was cute and cozy and the yard was perfect for my dog to run around and for us to air out some of our camping gear that had gotten rained on. Sitting on the back stoop while a thunderstorm blew through was perfection. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with all the appliances and things we might have needed, and the cinnamon rolls they provided were delish! Would absolutely stay again, and I hope I get the excuse to come back!

Clean and comfy home for 2 adults and 4 teens in our group. The teens enjoyed the hot tub and we loved all the blankets and the beds were so comfortable. Great stop on our road trip, much better than a hotel.

Stayed for the month with my puppy, perfect fenced in backyard for a small dog! Great location to everything in Great Falls, downtown, the airport, 10th street. The host Keaton was fabulous and flexible with my family flying back and forth to stay with me. Would stay there again

This is the third or fourth year that we have stayed at this property during Great Falls Western Art Week in March. Being pet friendly, my wife can have her devoted friend (a four-pound chihuahua named Peanut) with her, which is a big plus. We also appreciate the fact that the owners live across the street from the property, which is handy should there ever be a problem. There hasn't been an issue but it is comforting to know that help is nearby.

Some friends of mine came to town for our annual Christmas party and we cooked and stayed at the VRBO, it was such a nice and fun spot for us. Awesome amenities, very clean, and the owner was incredibly nice. He even came to check up on us and see how we were doing. 10/10 would stay there again

We enjoyed the place. Wveruthung was as expected. Hot tub was a bit low and had leaves in it, however it was still very enjoyable. I would stay again!

It had everything we needed. The owner stopped by after we were settled in and ensure we were all set and our questionswere all answered. The hot tub was available and it worked. No list of chores to do, over than clean up dishes we used, very reasonable. The kids were happy. I had what I needed to cook. House information was clearly posted and helpful. The sheets on the bed were so soft. That's what sticks most in mind. We all slept so well.

The check-in process was very easy. Property was as listed. The owner was available. Came over and said hi. They provided little extras. They went above and beyond would definitely recommend!

We loved the location and the neighborhood. It reminded me of the town I grew up in. You could go for a walk in the early morning when the weather was very pleasant. It was not far from my granddaughter’s house. It was an overall great stay.
