Cozy, Relaxing & Fun Gateway!

I was really pleased with the communication with the host from booking to just prior to check-in. It was great.The house was exactly as advertised and was the perfect choice for our trip to the area (for golf at Southern Dunes).

We were very pleased with the property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Really enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect for our stay. We had our kids and families down and they wanted to go to both Gatorland and Legoland. We also went to Cocoa Beach. The suburb was very quiet, we went for many beautiful walks along the golf course, and everyone was very friendly . As it is a gated community, we felt very safe.Jovanni was absolutely excellent to deal with. A topnotch host. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay between Disney and Legoland! Pool was wonderful, property very clean and owner was nice/great communication! Would love to stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed spending the 4th of July at this cozy and comfy cottage. The host was super responsive and helpful. They even messaged me to let me know that I could check in early. The place was extremely clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable. My wife and I plan on staying here again whenever we come back to the area.

This property is hosted by a wonderful individual who is passionate about hospitality. From the beginning we found a blessing staying in the cozy home. Our family of 6 booked a trip to a nearby theme park and while you are able to stay on site, this place made us feel as if we had been able to have the comforts of home while on vacation. We had a clean, comfortable pool and fully furnished home to ourselves in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes from the park. My children are ranging in ages and all of them found something to love about this house. If you are ever considering staying in this city for any reason, book this home.

Everything about the stay and arrangements were great. House is on a quiet street in a golf community. House was clean, we equipped and cared for. Would definitely stay there again. This place merits your strong consideration.
