Cozy, Quiet, 1.8 Miles From Sunset Beach! WiFi, Cable, Pets OK!

Excellent property! Great hostess!

Very nice house and conveniently located near Sunset Island bridge. We bicycled to a wonderful craft fair at the park, kayaked the Sound and were able to visit family on the island. Our beds were comfortable and we loved the screened-in-porch for our morning coffee.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and the host has given much attention to detail. I love the location.It is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. I hope to go back again!

This is such a great place to stay, it had everything you could need. It was so close to the beach and overall great. It was very clean and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely book again.

This property was exactly as described. My husband and I wanted to get away for Thanksgiving this year, and this place was great for us. It is in a very nice residential neighborhood and only a short drive to many things to do. I felt very safe to walk our dogs all hours of day/night. The neighbors were friendly. The owner was very responsive to texts and emails. We would definitely stay here again.

This charming vacation home is in an extremely safe, beautiful, well kept neighborhood. Very convenient location to anything you might need. The host is amazing, thoughtful and respectful.

First time staying here and already booked another trip! Easy check in and communication with owner and it was great being able to take my pups! Sunset beach is nice and very clean with friendly people.

Very nice owner provided us with lots of flexibility and very easy communication. Although the owner had a local rep available, we never had to call them. There is a waterfront park roughly half a mile away, and this is located right next to a great fresh seafood market. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is about a 5-minute drive from the beach. We went in the off-season, so parking was easy every day, though the weekends were far busier. The house was well-appointed, and everything worked. Plenty of hot water and the A/C easily kept up with the heat. Sunset Beach is one of the beaches that is growing on the seaward side. Beachfront cottages are probably 100 yards from the beach itself since sand is continuously being deposited on the beach rather than being eroded as is the case with some other beaches. The beach is very wide and the sand is natural and fine (unlike some beaches where the sand is dredged up just offshore and then pumped onto the beach -- the resulting beach is full of shell shards. Sunset Beach is like beaches of my childhood -- all natural and nice. This owner is kind and thoughtful, and we really appreciated the welcome feeling we felt throughout our stay. Perfect home away from home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from beautiful Sunset Beach. Fully stocked with everything you might need for a quiet relaxing vacation. The host Karen was very responsive and informative. The house was very neat and clean. We would definitely stay again if we vacation back in the area.

This house is close to beach and all amenities however it is in need of a deep clean. Upon our arrival the floors were filthy, covered in sand. The house rules are no shoes in the house so the filth stuck to your feet. We also came across several dead and live cockroaches. The owner does disclose that tenants must clean prior to leaving but apparently this doesn’t happen and the home had not been deep cleaned in some time. It is also disclosed that if you use the last of any item in the house you have to replace it. Well if the people before you don’t replace anything you will be without many items. We had to clean the home prior to our stay, after our stay and had to replace numerous items. So between shopping and cleaning it really cut into our weekend. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy and Quiet! Pretty two bedroom house that is roomy! Everything was well maintained with updates. Karen provides all you need in the house regarding supplies, towels, sheets, etc. The house is extremely well organized from the lovely kitchen to the bathrooms and also beach supplies in the garage. The kitchen items are nice quality and the dishes provide a nice beach look. We would enjoy staying there again! And, Karen always responded to questions, etc. in a timely manner. Cozy, Quiet IS just that. So glad she allows dogs!

Cute home close to all the best parts of Sunset Beach: 5 minutes from the pier! Great communication from the host, and home had everything you could need for a stay at the beach.
