Cozy private waterfront retreat near Traverse city and Sutton’s bay.

Communicative host provided an updated cozy ranch home with views of grand traverse bay and minutes from downtown. House was well equipped for our extended weekend stay.

As a first time Vrbo user I didn’t know what exactly to expect, but I had a wonderful experience at this lovely property! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. So comfortable and a perfect view. The fenced in yard was a definite selling point since I was traveling with my fur baby. The host communication was very welcoming and had fast responses to any questions. It started to feel like home and I was sorry to have to leave! I will definitely make a return trip in the future!

The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and the walk across the street to beach was perfect. The fence in yard was a must for the dogs and they loved the house to. I can't reccomed it enough!

Great stay for our family of 5, the location can’t be beat. Enjoy a meal at the wonderful Farm Club or grab a coffee and some treats at Lakeview Hill Farm & Market, both just minutes away. Spend hours relaxing at the easy access private beach or hop over to a nearby trail for a hike. We loved our time here and hope to visit again in the future.

We loved the beautiful updated interior. So bright, clean, and spacious! It had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog, and we enjoyed being able to go across to the beach and water every day. Close to town, but far enough away to avoid the congestion and construction if we wanted.

We spent a relaxing family weekend away with our dog. Check-in Friday evening was easy and the fenced backyard was nice since we had our dog with us. We enjoyed spending Saturday morning at the private beach across the street. We drove into town for Saturday evening shopping and dinner. Just what we needed for an easy weekend away. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our visit on short notice. The house was impeccably clean, had easy access to the lake, and was conveniently located near both Suttons Bay and Traverse City.

Fully upgraded interior, all floors needed a good cleaning but overall great place. Bed is comfortable, nice pvt beach.
