Come and relax at this peaceful cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom private master room with own entrance and backyard! This apartment is separated from our house and it is completely private. You can enjoy the outdoors at your private fully fenced yard. The yard has artificial grass and the table for four. Our home is located right behind the Pinellas Trail and close to shopping and restaurants.
It is a short 8-10 minutes drive from Indian Shores or Madeira Beach/John’s Pass Village.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Such a cute and cozy studio! Incredibly clean and has all the amenities you need. You have your own driveway. They have a whole home water filtration system which I loved. The property manager was extremely accommodating. The location is great! Minutes from the grocery store, shopping mall, restaurants, and beach! All around great experience. I will be staying here again!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Trying to find a VRBO close to home with electricity and internet after Hurricane Milton was a real challenge. I messaged a few hosts and they all got back to me to say they were impacted by the storm for the dates needed post evacuation. But Adam was quick to answer and explain a bit more of what the property could provide myself and my 2 mini Schnauzers for a long weekend. Just what we needed for a quiet place to relax and decompress post Milton, and be close to my home to get work performed at the same time. Adam was very receptive to my messages and the studio is immaculate! Good energy, just what you need in the comforts of home. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend.

The room was exceptionally clean and looks just like the pictures. This is a perfect place to shower and sleep after a day touristing. We plan to stay again!
