Cozy Private Home in Charlotte! King Bed, Big yard, Espresso machine, Fire pit

This stay was awesome, and the communication from the host was top-tier. She was responsive immediately to the problems we had with the home during the stay and accommodated appropriately for the unexpected change in the trip. Would love to stay again, or recommend to anyone looking in Charlotte. Very quiet neighborhood, and felt very safe. The huge fenced-in backyard was very nice for our dogs.

We had a larger family, 4 kids and 4 adults, and the space was as described. Enough space for everyone and the pullout bed was a good size for the kids. The property is nicely decorated, clean, and the hosts are very communicative. All in all - would recommend!

I had the misfortune of a tree falling on my house and had to relocate - with my pets - while repairs were made. Sarmila was a joy to work with from my very first message ensuring that my pets would be allowed. The home is spacious, clean, and very nicely appointed. There are basic tools and utensils in the kitchen, toiletries and towels in the bathrooms (and extra in the linen closet), and even some laundry and cleaning supplies should you need them. The yard is huge and fully fenced, which was ideal for my circumstances! There’s a seating area, hammock, and fire pit area - all of which I wish I’d had an opportunity to enjoy more, but Charlotte pollen in April wouldn't allow me more than a few minutes outside. The location is great because it’s only a short drive to anything you could need. Checking in and out with the door keypads was a breeze. There’s a carport where you can park out of the elements and go right into a side door. When my contractor sent a last minute text that I wouldn’t be able to return to my house when originally planned, Sarmila was accommodating and kind. This was truly a home away from home and I could not be more grateful.

The property was located on a very quiet dead end road. The house was very well maintained and clean. The host provided a variety of games and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The outside patio was very cozy and provided a nice area to relax with family and friends. We would definitely recommend this property to others and we would definitely come back if we visit the area again. Overall we would give it 5 stars.
