There is a small airport nearby. Expect noise from planes flying over from time to time.
Trash pickup days are Monday and Thursday. All trash must be placed in the receptacles in the garage and placed curbside.

No parties allowed.
Names, ages and addresses of all guests must be emailed to owner before check in. Background checks will be done to assure no criminal background or registered sex offenders. All tag/license plates for cars on the premises must be provided. Parking ONLY allowed on parking spaces provided. No parking on the grass or in the swales. Occupancy amount must not exceed the allowed amount. Children 3 and under do not factor into the 6 maximum but there cannot be more than 10 people in total staying at the premises. The city of Palm Coast reserves the right to inspect at any reasonable time compliance with occupancy amounts. Rental agreement with above stipulations must be completed before checking in.     This was our second visit to Tonya's house and it was just as great as the first time. The house was spotless and is well stocked. The screened in patio is wonderful in the morning with a cup of coffee. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is near several dining options and Flagler Beach is only 4 miles away.

    This home had everything we needed: comfortable appointments, plenty of room, and a great TV. The screened-in patio was a real plus. We enjoyed our morning coffee there every day - even when it rained. The owner was very responsive if and when we had any questions. There was an issue with one of the appliances, which we immediately informed the owner about, and within 24 hours there was a new one delivered, set up, and running. This was no easy endeavor in our opinion. The checkout procedure guide could use a little more detail, but because we are frequent flyers with VRBO and with a quick clarification from the owner, checkout was a breeze. Have already booked for next year.

    This house was in a great location for us since we were goi g to the NASCAR race. It was clean, tons of space, and easy to get too! We will definitely try and book this again next year if we come down!
