Cozy *Private Home* 2Miles to UT/Neyland Stadium/Boiling Arena ...

The house was exactly as described and probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed! It looked freshly painted/remodeled without a speck of dust. The home had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable! We couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay. A bonus was the homes proximity to Knoxville Convention Center/Market Square/Gay Street. We thoroughly enjoyed the charming Farmers Market on Market Street, and the lovely cafes and parks lining Market Street. This provided a nice retreat from our full weekend Volleyball Tournament at the Convention Centerl Thanks to the wonderful hosts for a special stay!

We stayed at this lovely VRBO during our daughter’s wedding week, and it was the perfect home base for such a special time. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown, it offered the best of both worlds. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, highly recommend!

We stayed here to be close to UT Medical Hospital where our Mom was hospitalized and the property is very very clean, modern decor, perfect location, and the property owner was so kind hearted and let us check in early and was very accommodating! We really enjoyed staying here as the property was roomy for our family as well!

House was perfect for the week. Space to have a few of my son’s friends over to visit. Only complaint is we could not figure out how to turn the front porch light on (the switch was covered).

Easy access to downtown. House was clean and exactly as described. We liked that the driveway was longer and we could park both cars off the street. Would definitely stay again!

Some friends and I were in Knoxville for a conference. We loved having a house just outside downtown. The house was very clean and well-appointed.

The Google searched of the property will scare you, but the home was very clean and exactly how it is posted in Vrbo. We were attending an event at the Convention Center which was a short 4 min drive. You can see the Stadium, and the university is within a 10 min drive. The neighborhood is under construction, but you do not hear any commotion. It is also close to an up and coming Food Hall that was a great find. Best of all, the host was very communicative when we sent a message.
