Stayed Jun 14, 2022This is our second stay here at John’s house and it’s perfect. More than enough room and John is an amazing host. Very flexible, easy to contact, and very accommodating. We will be back. Just wish we could stay longer.

Stayed May 24, 2022For starters, John is a great host. He communicates very well and is easy to get a hold of. The house has everything, but the commercial Ice machine is a great addition here in Havasu. The pool has cushion on the bottom which is a nice addition. We are going to stay here again. I highly recommend to anyone. His prices are very competitive. I’ve stayed at more expensive homes that are more expensive.

Stayed Apr 21, 2022House is spacious but cozy. The pool and back yard are great and beautiful. It was a little cold for swimming while we were there so we didn’t actually use the pool much but we did barbecue and enjoyed the outdoor space. The ice maker is a plus. The neighborhood is very peaceful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this house to friends and family.

Stayed Aug 2, 2021Family had a great time. Home was very inviting and comfortable. Plenty of space for the kids. Pool has padded bottom, real comfy to walk on. Ice machine is a nice touch, one less stop to get out on the water. Everything we needed and more! Thanks John!!!

Stayed Jun 11, 2021Girls trip was a HUGE SUCCESS! The pool is amazing, we cancelled our plans one day and instead spent it at the house by the pool it ended up being our favorite day. The house was IMMACULATE and well stocked! Everything was fantastic. Communication with owner was great. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed May 31, 2021Great location and home. Just far enough away from the London Bridge to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to be in the heart of it all in 10 minutes. Nice roomy house with plenty of seating inside and out back. Pool was a great way to cool off again after coming back from the river. Bonus of having a ice machine, washer, and dryer.
