The air conditioner needed to cool the place better.

Perfect stay

The house is very cute and clean. Has everything you need. Concerns are there is no backyard for the dog, the driveway is steep and narrow to enter so it's hard on tires. Biggest issue is the AC in the living room doesn't cool the bedroom. We were there when it was really hot so may not be an issue otherwise.

The layout of this property is odd. There

Good property for short stay. Very small shower and the front porch needs some work, other than that it was a good stay.

This house was good for what we needed it for..a place to sleep near downtown. Bed was very comfortable. Towels were not plush. Kitchen supplies adequate. It is an old house so Shower was small. The air conditioning unit was adequate for the whole space. We would choose it again for our purposes.

The host, Savannah was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they e put a lot of work into the property. It had everything we needed and more. Cutest little washer and dryer :). We’ll be back if we have events in Colo Springs.

Clean and tidy. The host was responsive and helpful. Kitchen was clean and well supplied except for dishwashing detergent. almost used all the few remaining paper towels. The iron was great but the tiny table-top ironing board had one broken leg - hard to iron. The bed was OK but one side is against the wall. For the money we were happy.

It was small spaces but it was clean and comfortable.

Perfect location near downtown and Manitou Springs. Quiet location with all amenities to be comfortable during your stay.

The Cozy Private Cottage is exactly as it is named...cozy! It was clean and well equipped. The rooms are comfortable for one or two people as it is a small unit. The hosts supply treats, coffee and tea and many other extras. Its location makes it easy to get around town, see sights and eateries . The host was very accessible with timely responses to any of my inquiries. My only reason for giving it a good is its size but in all other aspects it was excellent. Were we to return to Colorado Springs we would not hesitate to return to the Cozy Cottage. Oh and it accepted our small dog who also enjoyed her stay here.

Everything was excellent overall. There were only minor hiccups. This was my first VRBO so I am probably responsible for any confusion.

My dog and I had a great stay at this cozy cottage. The check in process was simple, the communication with the host was immediate, and the cottage was clean and as described. The host checked in with me and made sure that I had everything that I needed. It was an added bonus to be able to bring my pup with me. I will definitely stay here again.

This was absolutely exceptional. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a more cozy place to stay. It was everything as described. The location is perfect a stones throw from downtown where there is amazing food. The host was very polite and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip through.

This little house was perfect for me and my Dalmatian! It was clean and comfortable and well stocked. I love that there was a nice walking/bike trail at the end of the block. We enjoyed multiple walks there each day. Savannah was very responsive to any questions I had. If I come back to Colorado Springs, I would probably try to stay here again.

The unit was clean and spacious enough for two people. Its located within a few blocks from downtown. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Great place - nice layout, comfy bed! Fresh eggs in the fridge and complimentary snacks was a nice touch. This is our second time staying in this neighborhood (different house), and I recommend this location for downtown proximity that still feels quiet and safe enough.The front door code is a little finicky, which the host mentioned in the check-in instructions. Just be patient, it does eventually work. Also would love to see more hooks on the walls, especially in the bathroom. But that's almost always my feedback for vacation rentals :)Everything was clean, functional and as described. Would happily stay here again.

This property was perfect for my short stay in Colorado Springs to visit Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The fact it was fully equipped with cooking/dining materials, along with some supplies of snacks and coffee was really appreciated! Location was great since it’s in between the shopping locations (Walmart, Barnes & Noble, etc.) and my outdoor destinations. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint.The washer/dryer was a portable one, which was the first time I had encountered or used one, so I did have a little trouble at first. After rereading the instructions I did get everything running, even if I spilled water on occasion. Plenty of towels to clean them up though!

This place was perfect for our trip to Colorado Springs for my son’s pickleball tournament. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our own meals, sleep, shower and TV entertainment.

Great location. Enough space for 1 or 2 people. Outdated decor and very basic amenities. You can tell it's solely a rental property that's used often, but it's clean and serves it's purpose.

Awesome stay! I was there 5 days. House was very nice and had everything I need. As a cyclist it was a good location for me. Lots of mountain bike routes. The owners were awesome. Had an air-conditioner problem. The owners replaced it with a new one. All was good. I would stay again if in the area.

Nice and quiet neighborhood with friendly hosts Savannah browning is just an all around great person she made sure if there was anything I needed not to hesitate to ask! The house was perfect and just right for my stay!
