Property managers very friendly and helpful. Beach access and porch great for outdoor enjoyment. Ample parking. A tad more cleaning needed, like light switches and baseboards, under frig. New box spring needed... on site shared laundry needs new units

The front door has plywood on it as bear had broken it last week prior to the booking. Some windows were nailed shut as they didn't work correctly. They all need to be replaced. Also the gas fireplace didn't work. This was the only heat for lr and kit.

Property manager was great to work with. Location is AMAZING.Place is cute and comfy. Nice beach for throwing dog's ball, playing in water and hanging out. Lovely beach front patio with chairs/tables for cocktail hour.

Our family of 5 stayed here very comfortably and spent all our time at the beautiful beach.

The property is just as it’s described. It was extremely clean. I stayed there with just my parents so that was perfect for the three of us. Everything that we needed was included. The only view of the lake from inside the condo is from the kitchen window. that part I wasn’t very clear on, but that could be my mistake. There is a unit in front of this one that’s lake front, but the beach was amazing, we basically had it to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again just one issue when I checked in the toilet was running and it stayed running the entire time we were there, but I did not call about that to be fixed and then I couldn’t understand how to use the lock box , so I was basically leaving the door unlocked without knowing it and instructions would be nice and then the back door did not lock which is not a problem for me, but I think my parents felt a little unsafe

Loved our stay! My sister and niece visited from Kentucky and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely book this again.

We stayed at Pine Cove for two days. It's in a great location, easy access to the beach and close to South Lake restaurants and activities. We had a great time, and our dog also loved it and was comfortable.

Great spot unfortunately cottage did not measure up to expectations. Furniture was very soiled and stained. Couch and side chairs. Cottage may have been lightly cleaned prior to our arrival but was far from satisfactorily clean. Kitchen cabinets had soda drippings on cabinets as well as walls. Broken front door blinds and windows would not shut properly. Unit needs a deep cleaning after season.

We had a great stay in this cute cottage. It is small as described, but it met our needs. The beach area is not private (as described in a review, not the listing), but it has private access. The location is fantastic, and we enjoyed walking to restaurants instead of trying to find parking. Somethings to note: a grill is listed as an amenity in the ad, but you are unable to use it due to a city ordinance. Also, the washer and dryer is not in the unit but is available for use. The water level is high this year (yay!) but that means there is not as much beach as the picture shows. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would rebook.

Our stay at pine cove was amazing! The cottage was clean, heated and has all the basic amenities you could ask for. Our favorite part was having access to a private beach, and our little dog had the best time playing on the beach. Check in was pretty smooth except for a little error with the lockbox passcode, but the host was very quick to respond and sent us the correct code immediately. Overall, we highly recommend this property and we’d definitely stay here again!
