Stayed Aug 8, 2025We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The selling point is the location-neighborhood is nice and quiet. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops and the beach is about a 20-25 minute walk. The house was clean, kitchen has what you need (appliances are dated but work fine) and bed was comfortable. Backyard is large and it has a small patio area. This house is ideal for 2 people or a couple with a small child.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025We had a great stay at this little house for a long weekend getaway. Our two girls were planning on sleeping on the pull out sofa but the mattress was not comfortable at all. Luckily they were both able to sleep on the couch and the love seat. This house was an easy walk to downtown and took us about 25 minutes to walk to the beach which was doable. The area was quiet and felt very safe as well.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property with our dog over a long weekend. We loved the location and how close it was to all the main attractions in Grand Haven. We were able to walk to almost everything, and enjoyed all the local restaurants, state parks, and state Park near by. We felt safe staying at this property, and would return in the future.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024The property was a little run down. Yes it is older, however, being in a nice neighborhood, it would be nice if the general cosmetic eas freshened up a bit. Wouldnt take much. Yard is partially fenced in, neighborhood is very nice. Bed needs a new matress.

Stayed Sep 4, 2023We brought our pup with us and that worked out well. Dogs were allowed at all the patios we dined at in town. We wanted to take our dog to the beach but the beach we walked to did not allow pets and charged a fee. We drove to a dog beach instead. (Kuse beach?) That was good! Internet and A/C were good. I might suggest keeping a blow dryer at the cottage for guests. Great little place to get away ?

Stayed Jul 6, 2023The location can’t be topped, 5 min walk to downtown or the boardwalk but in a quite neighborhood location with a peaceful backyard. The house is functional for 2 people. The fees are too high - the most fees I’ve paid on the smallest space
