Additional Fees
A damage protection fee is required for all reservations and cannot be waived.
Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the property is left excessively dirty beyond normal use.
Damages due to negligence may result in additional charges.
While it is rare for us to request the additional fee for the above listed situations, we do ask all guests to help us maintain a clean and comfortable space so every visitor can enjoy the home just as much as you.
