Cozy Pagosa Springs Townhome w/ Patio!

The house was just right for our little getaway ski trip! Close to all the restaurants and grocery stores. Just really met all of our needs!

House was clean. There was advertised access to the hot tub and heated pool but there were no instructions or welcome packet stating where it was located or how to access. When I messaged the host all my questions were answered except the access to to the hot tub. The towels were hard/ rough and toilet paper was single ply. The dryer didn’t function well. There was no coffee so we had to go buy toilet paper and coffee grounds. The location was great and parking was okay although someone parked in the assigned spot our second night and we hat to park across the parking lot in an empty unassisted spot. Overall great value for the rental.

Overall the place is fine. They outsource their management to a property management company who isn’t responsive. I’m a just and respond to all messages within an hour. It took them 2 days and they didn’t actually give me an answer. No basics in the bathroom. It feels like they’re doing the least. Definitely better places to stay in Pagosa.

We pretty much liked everything. Both bedrooms and bathrooms on one floor. The dumpster was located very conveniently and wasn't locked. Also, the lock box worked perfectly, so we put the key in there every time we left. That way we didn't have to be concerned about keeping up with it. Loved the gas fireplace. Also there was central heat controlled by one thermostat. The cost was reasonable as well. The place was clean.

This two bedroom condo was a quiet retreat close to amenities in the West Pagosa area. The large kitchen and living room were spacious, yet cozy. We loved eating breakfast at the kitchen table while looking out of the large picture window framing tall pines and grassy expanses. The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit both came in handy on the chilly fall nights we were there. With two large bedrooms and bathrooms, this condo could easily accommodate two couples or a family with 1-2 children. Although we were a few minutes walk to the West Pagosa shopping center, there was little traffic noise outside and none inside. This location felt like a mountain haven without having to drive miles away from town.

The host responded to us on all our questions on where is this or that very quickly. Would stay again.

Home was accurately described and comfortable

There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room. The condo was clean, except for the outside areas, they could use a little more attention. The front door had bird droppings down the door frame and spider webs around, the fire pit area was full of leaves and leftover wasp nests around the decking. The kitchen is good with dishes. We didn’t do any cooking so can’t comment on cookware. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows to choose from. The condo is in a great location for downtown Pagosa Springs, Chimney Rock and even Durango. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
