Stayed Nov 22, 2024I rented this house for my adult children who came into town for their sister’s wedding. It was perfect for them. The owner is very responsive and provides a lot of amenities. He even left sodas and water for the group. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Overall we enjoyed this townhome. I am originally from the area so visiting parents and family while my husband went into Houston corporate office every day for work. The office area upstairs was very nice for him to get some stuff done. Location was great. Easy on and off of freeway. Having a garage was a plus. Neighborhood seemed safe and lots of pocket parks to walk to. The household items provided such as shampoo, toilet paper etc was a nice touch. I will say we needed more kitchen items such as pots, cookie sheet, mixing bowl etc. The small backyard was enough for my dog to do his business but grass was long- which might have been a result of the recent hurricane and being able to mow. Beds were very comfortable and house was cooled nicely. I would recommend and hope to stay again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024This home was perfect for my family one week stay in Richmond over the 4th of July week. The property was very clean and spacious for my family of six. Communication was excellent and If my family visits the area in the future I’m definitely booking again.

Stayed May 30, 2024We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house smelled amazing when we walked in. Everything was very clean. The master shower was the best. We had everything we need. Our host was terrific. We did not have a BBQ pit and she went and bought a new one for us!! Wow I have never had such perfect hosts before
