The Space:

Perfect for two couples traveling together, or visits with the grandparents, this Lincoln City vacation spot is a charming way to spend your beach trip. Recently renovated and offering amenities like WiFi, cable TV, board games, and a roaring fireplace, this home is perfectly accessible for those with limited mobility, and cozy for everybody! In addition, it's also pet-friendly for dogs.

Located just four blocks from the beach (or six blocks west for accessible and elderly access), this lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is rich in ornate decor and natural light. There's plenty of space for two cars to park (please do not park on the street).

Enter into a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances, plus a few extras like a blender and a mixer. Spread out through the open floor living/dining area - eat at the luxurious table for five, our head out to the deck for a cook out and great views.

Settle into two separate living spaces - a TV room, with a fireplace and a flatscreen for game show nights or board game tournaments, and a second sitting room with vintage furniture for reading the paper or a good book.

On the main floor is a queen bedroom with an accessibility-friendly bathroom. Follow the spiral staircase to the top of the stairs where you'll find a king bed dressed for royalty, a music player, and a small sitting area - perfect for a couple who want a private, romantic evening alone. And if you do bring your pets, it's just a small nightly fee.

Whether enjoying a couples' weekend, a family visit, or a gaggle of friends treating yourselves to adventure, you'll find plenty to do here in Lincoln City - the beach is near at hand, Chinook Winds Casino is close by, and drive five minutes south for dining, shopping, and kids' activities.

This lovely Lincoln City vacation home will welcome you to Oregon with open arms - book today!

The views of this place are really beautiful. The beds were very comfortable as well. The home has all original appliances which I love the vintage feel of it. However, the oven does take FOREVER to cook. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind if you’re planning on cooking. Also, the upstairs bedroom, as beautiful as it is and the views are astounding, the stairs up are very steep. Not easy for older people to go up and down. Again, not always a deal breaker, but some things to think about if you’re going with family. Overall, I would stay here again. The communication was great, the place was clean, quiet neighborhood close to everything!

Enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful. We had a friendly seagull that would come by in the evening and knock on the slider. He must have made friends before. Everything we wanted to do was convenient. Stayed for 7 days and would come back in a heartbeat

View is wonderful. Great scene out the picture window of the beach. Watched the whales spouting in the ocean and the deer wandering the neighborhood and in our backyard. However the house has some serious issues.1. It is impossible to carry a full sized suitcase to the second floor master bedroom because of the spiral staircase. You would have to carry it chest height and sideways to get it up there. Hope it does not weigh anything. Otherwise you have to unpack everything and make multiple trips up and down.2. The staircase is VERY small and tight! Watch your head or you will regret it. One place the clearance is only 5’1” so beware! You will have to stoop pretty good just to walk up. Also at the bottom of the stairs the steps are at shoulder height when you pass them for the first floor bathroom/second bedroom. There are a few bump guards but not all around. Hazard!3. In the picture the carpet in the living room looks very very clean but in actuality it is not. It either needs a good hard steam cleaning or it just needs to be replaced. Obviously renters did NOT clean up after their critters have made a mess!4. If you are taking your pooch with you here be sure and pack a flashlight as there is NO outside lighting front or back, including the side yard. Hard to pickup after your hairy companion when there is no light to see by.5. Also the backyard is not fully fenced so you are going to have to keep your pet on a leash at all times. Very inconvenient.

Location was great, the house itself could use some updates, but overall a decent experience.

The property was spotless! It's close to many sights on the central Oregon coast. Everything is a short drive in either north or south on Highway 101. It's perfect for two couples as it has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Plenty of stores, restaurants and shops within a short walk. The deck on the first floor was perfect for watching the ocean surf roll onto the beach below and for enjoying the sunset with a glass of your favorite beverage.
