We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy Nights. Warm, clean and really well equipped. Also an outstanding view of the lake, which we intend to visit this summer. I highly recommend the place - it won't disappoint.

Our week at Rangeley in the “”Cozy Nights” house on the shore of Rangeley Lake was wonderful. The house met all our requirements and well suited for two couples. (The house has another bedroom and bunk beds which wasn't used.) Getting our canoe and the house furnished kayak down to the lake was the only issue. A boat ramp would have been appreciated. Hope to rent the house again.

We had a wonderful time in Rangeley! The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable while we created new memories with our family (which includes our four legged family members). Thanks for a terrific week!

Very comfortable house on a great setting on Rangeley Lake. Well equipped kitchen , comfy beds, nice linens. The living area is very comfortable and the leather couches are perfect for relaxing and watching TV. Very clear instructions for everything. Also, Rangeley is a great area to explore.

We were at Cozy Nights for 2 weeks this year. The location is amazing, with lots of waterfront and a great dock. The house is well furnished and the kitchen has everything you could need. The reason I am giving this 3 stars is the outside of the house. We have 2 toddlers and it is not a good place for them. The asphalt roof is shedding and we had to clean up the deck after rain, And the paint is peeling on the deck and stairs. Too many temptations for small children to grab. The stairs down to the dock are not very sturdy. And there is no outside picnic table for outdoor meals. By the way I can't say enough good things about Morton

This was our second year staying there and we really enjoy the location and amenities. The kid big and small enjoyed being in the water. We were in more than we were out. Weather was amazing. Great to have access to firewood to have fires at night and to have kayaks there to use. It was nice to make memories again this year.

Friends gathered to visit and cook and watch the solar eclipse. We were happy with the well-appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware and adequate cookware. House has beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. After the April snowstorm we had to search for a snow shovel to clear the deck and found a flimsy one, but overall our needs were met more than adequately.
