Cozy NEW home Marina PTO Vallarta steps to beach

Great property. Noise from the airport was petty loud in late afternoon. But no more so than on the golf course. The house is great shape.

Planned a family reunion type stay in PV. Found this gem and are so glad we booked! The home is spacious, nicely updated and beautiful! The gated neighborhood has a private pool and is a short walk to the beach! It’s in the marina district which is close proximity to a lot of the nearby hotspots, so walking or Uber/taxi are easy! (The bus line is also close if you prefer that). We loved staying away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to explore. Thank you Marilyn! We loved the home and can’t wait to plan our next trip!

This was our second VRBO experience during our vacation in PV, and the initial property had set a high standard. The agency managing the rental contacted us just 24 hours before check-in, to give instructions via phone instead of the VRBO app, which raised initial concerns. They offered two check-in times, but instead I requested a self check-in. The agent was to get that approved and promised to call back, however she failed to do so. On the check-in day, I reached out to the host for instructions, only to be redirected back to the agency. The agency's response was deemed unprofessional, as they expressed frustration at me for contacting the host. While I would suggest this property for those seeking a spacious accommodation at a reasonable rate, my family would have preferred a location closer to the beach. PRO’s: Great space for a group of 12 Amenities (swimming pool, washer, dryer, Keurig coffee maker, tea) Beds were very comfortable Provided Drinking Water Guest Book CON’s: Slow internet connection (not suitable for remote work) No dishwasher (inconvenient for large groups) No hot water in the master bedroom Lack of amenities in the home (no laundry detergent, insufficient toilet paper, supply of towels) Lack of cleanliness Check-in procedure needs improvement Beach towels, toys, etc Unreasonable additional fees (fee for a towel smudged with makeup) Mutiple Alexa devices Location (unable to stroll to nearby destinations)

Was great, I love the property♥️

We has a wonderful stay at this property in Marina Vallarta. The space was clean, bright and airy, with plenty of room for a family. The living room opens up to the outdoor patio and really gives you an indoor/outdoor feel. However one thing to note is this home is located right by the airport and there is a runway very close by so you will hear planes during the day however it was very quiet at night and the noise did not bother us. Also this location is about 35-40 minutes from many activities in Downtown Puerto Vallarta so I recommend having a car or using Uber.
