If you break or damage something or if something doesn’t work please notify us so we can arrange a replacement or repair
No parties or events
No additional guests other than the pre-approved guests at the time of booking
Please note, if any excessive cleaning is required above the regular cleaning it will be deducted from your deposit
Inside the Home
No smoking or vaping
Please do not light any candles or burn any incense
Absolutely no pets on furniture (couches, beds etc)
Please remove your shoes when indoors
For Recycling and Garbage
Garbage and recycling bins are located by the side of the house. Green Bin days and recycling are on tuesdays Garbage is every other Tuesdays for long term stays.
