Cozy Modern Brick House Near Downtown OKC (3B/3B)

Property was amazing would definitely stay there again! Very clean, more than enough space for a group. The only coffee pods available were decaf, but that was an easy fix.

Host was very accessible. House was nice

The water to the house was turned off when we arrived and the host asked us to go turn it on at the water main. We had no hot water and the 2nd bedroom shower flooded. The host called us but never sent anyone to resolve any of the issues. The host was aware of the water issue and apologized on the phone but never did anything at all to resolve the issue

The house is very nice and clean! It has everything you need for your stay. It’s also close to everything in OKC. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, hot water, and good water pressure (essential for us). They were accommodating when we asked for an early check-in.

We would gladly stay there again. We asked to stay an extra night and Gerardo responded right away and was very accommodating. All in all, stay there if you are in OKC. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect property and host. Great layout with two en suite bathroom layouts and a wide open floor plan. Gerardo was ultra responsive with info. Good amounts of starter everything. Big back yard for you or your pups. Only reason for four star on cleanliness was it looked like maybe someone checked out before us and they may not have had a lot of cleaning time?? Overall property was very clean but dirty pans in the drawer under the oven, some not sure if clean or dirty towels in one of the bathrooms and the trash cans were already full or almost full. We would most definitely stay here again as it was perfect for us. If you plan to cook a large meal or bake, bring some of the stuff you need. Plenty there for normal unless you really get into it. Highly recommend this property.

It was a very clean and spacious home.

Experience was good until we left the host blamed us for a lot of damages one being the bath tub stained we had body wash spilled so it wasn’t a stain. We only found out he filed a insurance claim for 940 plus for bath tub stain and more I see that as fraud also lieing about damages that were already in his home I have pictures and proof if anyone needs

Great central location, it was a 15 minute or less drive to just about anything in OKC. While it is next to a highway and train tracks, the noise isn’t bad. My wife even slept just fine and she wakes up when I breath too loud . House was well appointed and the two renovated bathrooms were nice.

Very clean and spacious for multiple guests, our group was very comfortable. Great communication with host as well, was very quick to respond with answers to any questions.

No ac, bugs on the property

The house and location were great. Some things were not stalked when we arrived. But the host gave access to get to them. The flowerbeds need to be weeded and outside trash cans need emptied. The host was very nice and quick to respond with any issues we had. The cleaning crew could do a better job.

This was an amazing house and they were very accommodating to our needs. This is a must stay if you have a long duration of a stay.

We booked this VRBO for a family wedding for my husband's family, most of whom were in the wedding and needed at a rehearsal dinner Friday night.I could write a novel about our experience but due to character limits here is the quick recap.- yard was not maintained and overgrown- no working AC or fridge (fridge would only turn on when oven was on)- host is not local and controls the house remotely and can not troubleshoot efficiently due to his location- house is cute but obviously a quick flip with electrical issues and bad flooring installation- I've stayed in cleaner VRBOsWhen I contacted the host he said there was a partial power outtage in the area, thats why only part of the house had power. It was clear the house had bad electrical and I sent the host a video of the house with power. My BIL works for the power company the host sent a screenshot of (with no confirming location mind you). My BIL confirmed there were no power outtages in that area which I forwarded on to the host. We had a diabetic toddler nephew, and a breastfeeding SIL who needed a reliable fridge and with no working AC and the rehearsal dinner (we were also traveling with dogs) we had to find other accommodations immediately. I would be cautious booking this location if you are from out of town and have events to attend as troubleshooting with the host is difficult since they are not local. We ended up staying at a hotel for the weekend.

The house was just as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. We had no problems whatsoever and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home in Oklahoma City for my sister’s graduation! The house was perfect for our family—super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. All the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the tall ceilings made everything feel open and airy.It was the perfect setup for traveling with kids and even our dog! There were plenty of restrooms (a big plus for a group), and we really appreciated how family- and pet-friendly the space was. The neighborhood was cute and quiet, and although it’s close to the highway for easy access, we barely noticed any noise—and they even provided ear plugs just in case, which was such a thoughtful touch.Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting OKC!

It was so much fun to get away with the girls from work for a night. We played games, drank wine, and all had our own area to get ready for meetings the next day.

The location of the house was perfect for getting to downtown and where we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood. The owners were so kind and responsive the property was very clean and perfect for a family with three bathrooms very comfortable beds and the shower/tub were the best! I would recommend to anyone looking!!

This charming older brick home is located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to many local restaurants. The home has been beautifully renovated inside. It is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. My husband and I enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely return for a longer stay . This home is perfect for a family or group of friends.

Very easy to get to, nice and clean! The earplugs on the night stands cracked us up. Definitely would go with this place again!

Great house set up for a friends getaway.

A great place as we only stopped there for one night, but nice and cosy and clean

This is the second time that we have stayed here and we really like this property. It is large and has a lot of room to move around, is well decorated and cozy! Hopefully it is available next year as well!

The house is in a great location and beautifully remodeled. Great modern touches. The host allowed us to check in 1 hour early which was very nice. The only issue we had is the hot water heater must be small. We had 4 adults that needed to shower. The first person was in the shower less than 5 minutes and the water got cold. The second person tried to shower in the other bathroom at the same time and only got cold water. Everyone must wait a good period of time for the hot water to build back up before showering. None of the showers can be long because you will definitely run out of hot water! It wasn’t very cold outside…..in the 50’s so that wasn’t the problem. Also, the towels are not in any bathrooms. You have to find them in the laundry room. Not even hand towels are in the bathrooms! I will say the towels were very soft though!

This place is awesome! Very quiet, clean and the perfect size! It's definitely going on my list to stay in Oklahoma City! ❤️

Comfy home in a cute neighborhood. Host was great to work with. Location is next to an interstate with significant road noise and train traffic.

This place was decent. The host was really nice. The house is not the cleanest place i've been in but could be worse. The backyard is a nice size but would be much more enjoyable if the outside furniture did not have mold all over it and broken glass on the porch table under the wooden blocks for my daughter to cut her finger on:( The listing was a little misleading that it sleeps 11- it's described as having 2 beds in each room, but there is one bed in each room and some cots in the closets. On the same note, if you truly have 11, bring your own towels because there's not enough for everyone to shower. The location is SO loud, I didn't realize how loud it would be that close to the highway but there were complementary ear plugs in each room. Overall decent stay, we weren't at the house a whole lot so it served it's purpose.

Very nice property the only thing was the noise from the highway behind the house. My suggestion a white noise machine or we play music to block out the sound. Great host very responsive . We would stay again

I’m always in OKC for a quick trip and this was able to accommodate me, my boyfriend and my two best friends. Definitely adding it to my go to stay for the city!

Loved the location of the property and the spacious floorplan and beautiful upgrades. Little noisy from the highway but nice touch to provide earplugs.

The house is a good size! Lots of space and very clean. My kids slept on the fold out beds! There’s plenty of space in the main bedroom for the fold out beds! The backyard was good for our dog!
