Stayed Apr 14, 2026Time-Traveled Straight into a 1950s Movie Set (And Didn’t Want to Leave) This place isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience. The moment we walked in, it felt like we’d stepped through a time portal and landed somewhere between a 1950s film set and a beautifully curated cultural showcase. The design is bold, intentional, and full of personality—this is not your typical cookie-cutter rental, and thank God for that. Let’s talk about the kitchen for a second… because yes, that stove is the real deal. Straight out of the ‘50s. It took a minute (and a little help) to figure out, but once we got it going? Honestly, one of the coolest parts of the stay. Cooking felt like an event, not a chore. The entire home has that same vibe—authentic, stylish, and just plain fun to be in. You don’t just stay here… you live here for a bit. And the host? Top-notch. Responsive, helpful, and genuinely great to work with. That kind of attention makes all the difference. Bottom line: if you want something unique, memorable, and way more interesting than the usual beige box rental… this is your spot. If I’m back in Memphis, especially for a longer stay, I’m not even shopping around—I’m coming right back here.
